OK, so now I am thinking that when Nancy had Michele's mother on the show tonight, this was a fill in from another show that aired as I recall hearing this segment, maybe the first few days after Michelle went missing. I remember having the same reaction.

Just tweeted by WESH reporter Syan Rhodes that there were 2 bodies found in lakes, both men.
This may be where the confusionwith NG is coming from. There really was another body found but it's male.

Also agree. I definitely believe there is a connection between that People's Court episode and Michelle's disappearance. The timing is way too coincidental.

That's true now. I do not believe that was true in 1992.

Regardless, the 1992 case posted is definitely Dale Jr. (again, see the DOB and name in the case files at the Clerk of Courts).

I saw the case posted in the case files, now we need to find an MSM article with Dale, Jr.'s, name in it regarding the "Attempted Aggravated Battery."

Right now I can't connect the 1992 MSM article http://articles.orlandosentinel.com..._tileston-downtown-orlando-teen-pleads-guilty to include Dale, Jr.

The individual charge in the 1992 MSM article was 16 and his name was published.

Pat Brown: Surprised she never called anyone after dropping off the kids to tell them what happened with DS re: the airing of the show..The subject most likely came up between them & he probably was ticked off after seeing it again & also ribbing from friends.

eta..Arrest soon? Need body or some kind of good proof..Avoid "poking the bear"..MP should never have done PC knowing the type of man she was dealing with (DS).

yes. she opened with it. and I heard her say it a cpl times so far. thats why i was wondering when it was taped when i saw the breaking news about the body, but still had a show about dale the suspect. i was confused.

Reluctantly, I went back to the beginning of the show. Nancy opened with her normal, got to BOMBSHELL, then went to the Press Conference and then Nancy comes back on and says: "you are seeing video from YouTube from Warner Brothers on People's Court, however, they are actually showing the video of Michele with her 2 children where you hear the trains.

Totally confusion ...

So, DS has been named the prime suspect by OPD.

Police said DS refused to submit to a polygraph... (While I know some will dislike me saying this) But I can't blame him for refusing. I wouldn't take a polygraph either, the things are totally unreliable. If someone passes it's automatically assumed they are still lying and if they fail it becomes a situation of "see I told you so" he/she is lying. There is no proving anyone's innocence by the things... Like I said you couldn't get me to take one of those things even if I was only going to be asked if the sky is blue.


Nevertheless, I think OPD is on the right track in suspecting DS. The only alibi he has is that of his father... He had motive and he was the last person known to be with MP...

My guess is that LE has been able to determine he lied to them already about something....not enough to charge him as yet but enough to let him (and us) know he is a suspect.

Update from my friend on DS's conviction in the involvement in BT's death :Bryan, 22 at the time, was a lifeguard for Wet-n-Wild. He and another friend went out to downtown Orlando one evening, minding their business, when two cars of guys, ranging in ages from 15-20, got out and jumped Bryan and his friend. Ending in the fatal stabbing of Bryan. Dale Smith, a complete stranger to them, told the other boys that they were "going to get someone" that night, while holding the knife in his hand. A cab driver witnessed the entire attack from his car and got the tag # and testified against them. Tony Pipitone interviewed her husband today with channel 6 news, awaiting the outcome of this case. Will post more info as I get it...

Jeff Ashton was the Prosecutor and I think Judge Perry was the judge.

This "Father/Son" family thing is really setting off my "Hinky Meter"....

This case so reminds me of a case here in North Florida/South Georgia where a young mother named Sunday Blomberg was killed by her Mother-In-Law, MIL's husband and his friend. All because they wanted custody of her young daughter. Sunday was leaving their home and moving back to Tallahassee with her family.

I followed SB's case & IIRC it didn't take long for her body to be found & 'in-laws' to be nabbed for her murder..The 'friend' spilled his guts?

Their son, the little girl's dad, was not involved & not even in the same state at the time..I always wondered what he thought re: what these 'animals' did to SB=his daughter's mother.
