that hits me as weird- if you know you are gonna crawl out are you wearing a bullet proof vest cause you think some citizen might place your brains on a sidewalk themselves??

I wonder if he was there the whole time, and one of the three that have been arrested was suppose to bring him food and such. Finally turned on his phone after not having any food for awhile.

Oh I think he was scared the police were going to kill him taking him in and therefore went a little theatrical. I do wonder if he really resisted or if they did just accidentally-on-purpose hit him. I'm not suggesting law enforcement did or didn't do anything I'm just thinking out loud.

That is exactly what I thought when I saw how banged up he looked - hey I have issues ith LE abusing but in this case they are forgiven

but I anticipate much more swelling - how on earth do your lips swell - that had to be a whack on the concrete!
 
Again from Channel 9. A friend of Debra Clayton texted in to say Clayton's badge number was 9. She was killed on the 9th and he was captured on the 9th day.
