I have always said people in the lawn business know where dumpsters are that they can use late at night to get rid of clippings in if they don't make it to the dump in time or have reached their limit at the dump. I never did see a dumpster at that lawn care business next to the gano house so what do they do with their clippings?

closest we came was Chris or "Bones", worked as a bouncer at Crazy Horse and earned himself a poly by LE for bein so weird. Funeral Crasher thanks to ST and party (me too) and our van. Stalked DT according to iwannano, LE said just a weird guy.. not a suspect... assume he passed poly.. (this was what LE said to me when I called about him)

I have to admit I NEVER knew about all those shortcuts and SCARY paths that connect from the park into Somer neighborhood -- it throws most of my earlier suspicions down the drain -- not closing those off because I find ALOT of contradictory evidence even stated by LE in media. But for now I am gonna explore elsewhere. She WOULD have just as well disappeared into the PARK as into think air with going undetected!!! Have you seen the paths??

They stated they recovered a substancial amount of evidence from the dump and the burnt house on gano. I actually submitted a question back asking -- that they never stated or confirmed this was a crime scene - news people came back with - they didnt but they are using exact terminology o investogators.

To me, park or Gano house isn't the issue any more, because perp could have been waiting in either place. She disappeared somewhere, and nobody saw anything. There had to have been people in the park, at that time of day, even around "scary" places ... there were so many kids and people. It could not have been totally deserted. What seems obvious in my mind is wherever it happened, it happened quickly and the perp did not cause any suspicion, there was no noise, no yelling...she went willingly, that says. Either with a stranger she trusted or with someone she knew.


Re location we have to hope and believe that LE knew and checked out those scary lanes, too, and search parties, etc. But they focused on Gano house as a "crime scene" as well as men's bathroom because there must have been something to draw them there. By now surely they would have had tip(s) about the park roads just like we are discussing them...?

Just a thought: Why would LE tell anyone if Mr. Tight Jeans was a suspect, if they are not saying anything about anyone? Maybe they are watching him right now and waiting for more evidence....

Assuming that LE's statement about "waiting for DNA evidence to come back" or "sifting through (a lot) of evidence" is accurate, what evidence do you think they could be talking about? We've already established that with Somer found in landfill, there would be compromised DNA. And that DNA is tricky. So what other evidence do you think they have? Items from men's room, items from Gano House? Statements as evidence that they have to check out?

Because if evidence is the only reason they have not made an arrest, it is a significant problem. With the large amount of evidence they are talking about, chances are they have found SOMETHING Maybe they are waiting for corroborating evidence?

Huge evidence would be any one of those so-called bookbags that she carried, and the pink one with lunch box especially. That information has disappeared off the radar, too.

Since we do not know if Somer was sexually molested, we also do not know if, during an autopsy, it was discovered that she had been sexually molested over a period of time.

And this is something they definitely can discern during an autopsy.

I am also looking at babysitter theories. With a history of different babysitters, could there have been a male one in the past? It could have been a female babysitter as well.

The only babysitter we know of is the 17 year old. There was a little girl (AT's age) who I talked to on FB (she sent me a message) a while back who had logged onto the Justice For Somer site and she had talked about being Somer's babysitter and how much she missed Somer. She said her mother monitored her FB conversations and would not let her be friends unless mom knew the person. This is assuming she is a real child and not a lurker posing as a child. She gave definite information about what Somer liked to do, and what a "happy" child she was...etc.

My next obvious question is: Why did DT and SP make it a point to tell LE that SP had "never babysat before"? In this context (above) I am thinking of it, because we have already discussed other reasons.

I guess LE is already onto all of these things, I would hope. They have probably read everything ever posted on the internet, including WS. They have internet detectives.

And what do you really think of the statement? If you look at statement analysis - chick p posted it and I posted it once before -- and someone else mentioned recently - it sounds like the Susan Smith - SHE WONT BE THERE - to be the fly on the wall to read the clock/time on THIS interview - how would he know she WOULD not be there -- Unless M tells them what she knows? Unless he knew M had nothing to tell - Who knows this guy prob has a alibi and innocent bystander -

Somebody (Sad or another FL sleuther) took and posted a picture on WS of the Gano house complete with dumpster overflowing with pieces of wood and big black garbage bags...also that vid, I posted a while back of LE on a loop looking into the gano dumpster, it was stuffed with black bags.

I don't worry about what they found at Gano myself. They have to clear those guys with DNA and other exclusionary evidence. If not, DT's future defense atty can have a field day with it.

Im with you on this hounds, I dont think Gano house is crime scene, nor do I think workers there are still suspects.

If you think about it, here we just try to determine who did it. When the case goes to trial, the state and LE will also have to be prepared to show why a whole lot of people the defense might bring up, COULDN"T have done it as well as prove their own case.
