I have wrote on another board asking about this skull.I had already known about it.I talked to detective Cooper with the CBPD about this skull.He has not heard of any bones found.They are still investigating.He personalllly requested about this skull.It will take awhile to find out any thing.

Tammy was on Unsolved Mysteries this morning.

I ran across a post this morning by Suzanne on another board where she posted an article with Tammy's mom saying that Christopher Wilder was aware of Tammy and he had inquired about taking her picture. Tammy disappeared before he started his crime spree but we know that he was already abusing victims before then, who is to say he hadn't already started killing. I just don't see someone like him, taking no for an answer. Have the police tried to track his whereabouts at the time Tammy disappeared? IMO, he would be a very viable suspect in her disappearance.
 
The police could never link wilder to Tammy.Our mother later said she did not think he was a strong suspect.I don't think he killed Tammy.I think everyone should be looked into though.
 
HI Suzanne. I came across your sisters case file on Unsolved Mysteries website.
Did your family ever figure out why Tammy started acting out in the months leading up to her disappearence? It sounds like it might have been the beginnings of something like paranoid schitzophrenia. Do you think there is any chance she might have harmed herself. It sounds like she was not in a very stable place mentally so do you think she could have gotten panicked that she was being followed or that someone was about to get her and so she ran? There would have to be an explanation for her not contacting her family - maybe something happened to her later or maybe because of the paranoa she went inot a fugue state and did not remember who she was. Has the friend who allegedly dropped her off at the bank officially been cleared? Is there a possibility she had a stalker and was too afraid to tell anyone? There are too many possibilites.

The mental home released her saying there was nothing wrong with her.So there was nothing mentally wrong with her.We just don't know what happened.The FDLE and the CBPD are reinvestigating her case now.so I hope and pray they find out something this time.

I am glad to hear they are re-investigating. Sorry for all the questions I asked before - I guess if you knew the answers to all of those then you would have a much better idea of what happened.

I have followed this thread but I don't think I had ever read or seen the account on Unsolved Mysteries and didn't realize her behavior had changed in the months leading up to her disappearence.

I wish you much luck and really hope something is turned up.

PALMETTO - It's a cold case in Manatee County that has baffled detectives for more than two decades.

The case involves the suspicious death of a woman who's never been identified. But now that investigators have some new clues, they can't find the victim's body.

"In doing our research something else came up involving another case," Manatee County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Dave Bristow said.

The woman's body washed ashore in 1983, and was buried in an unmarked plot at the New Memphis Cemetery in Palmetto. The exact location of the body in the graveyard isn't clear because of poor record-keeping methods in the early 1980s.

Detectives said similarities to another case somewhere else in Florida convinced them to take another look. They believe DNA tests from bone fragments may finally allow them to identify the victim, and possibly solve the case. If they can find the body.

"Nothing's more frustrating in a case than not even having the victim identified," Bristow said.

This girl was late teen to early 20's. washed up on Tidy Island, had gash on forehead, no clothes. They do not say when in 1983 she washed ashore. They are tring to locate her body but have not found it.
 
Yes,I looked into her about 10 years ago.The Doe network got thier information from me.I worked with the medical examiners office.This Jane Doe was found in april 1983.
 
I have not looked into it all. Someone had emailed it to me and asked me to pass it to Debbie and I thought I would pass it to Suzanne too. I am just sticking to my 3 want to find cases and thats about all.

Welcome to WS-interesting first post. If I am reading this correctly you are indicating that Tammy has voluntarily disappeared from her life and changed her name. You seem to be indicating that Law Enforcement is prohibited from telling the family this fact because of a court order. And you seem to be implying that Tammy's family members who continue to bring her forward as a missing person are doing so for....hmm, what reason would they have other than to obtain answers?

May I ask how you are associated with the case? This is a powerful statement, imho, and one that we likely won't take on face value without some definitive indication of the source of the information...again, jmho.
 
This T. Rue (see above post) has been on every message board imaginable accusing Tammy of being a high end call girl, prostitute, or whatever. He always states that Tammy left on her own accord and that the police and investigators have to respect her wishes to simply vanish. Never mind the fact that Tammy hasn't been seen or heard from since 1983. He makes accusations that Suzanne knows this and is covering it all up. The interesting thing to remember here is that he has no viable proof to back up any of his claims. He believes that the police enjoy wasting their own time. I have followed his messages on other boards and I must say there is something very strange, almost bizarre with his unrelenting interest in Tammy, whom he supposedly did know at one time. If any of his statements should be taken as facts, then he should be extensively interviewed by law enforcement. Take what he says with a grain of salt. He will continue to harass Suzanne here on WS, just as he has on every other board. If anybody questions his theories, he will give vague answers and tell you that you are ignorant, meanwhile he will retread the same lame theories w/out much of any truth in it. It's as if his word is the end all be all, and how dare anybody question it or ask for any info that might contradict what he has said. He comes off as a man scorned, not someone who makes logical statements by any means.
 
TRue, it is the same old, same old. It makes no more logical sense now than it has for the last few message boards.
Regardless of any logic anyone wants to try to apply with claims the police will address such a matter in this or that way regarding supposed concerned loved one, the fact of the matter is that its Tammy choice as a matter of her privacy rights, regarding who she allows to know. Her mother knew.

Thank you.It is interesting the reading.If I may please clarify.The CBPD Detective Cooper and The FDLE Agent Bliss have been very recently called back in to reinvestigate my sister Tammy's case again.Tammy would not be on the NCIC or the FDLE would not be investigating her disappearance if she were not missing.They are investigating her case now.They do not know know where she is.They use me as a family contact.If you know any thing on tammy please contact only them.Not any one else.

Do you believe the friend that claims to have dropped off your sister has anything to do with her disappearance? Was he cleared by LE?
