Four years ago, Timothy Patrick Cullen disappeared from his home in Largo. Days later, his black two-door 1999 Honda Civic was found abandoned at the Royal Breeze Apartments in Clearwater.

Investigators say no one at the complex remembers seeing him.

Timothy Cullen has brown hair and blue eyes. He has multiple tattoos including a Celtic cross on his left forearm and the words "believe the impossible" on his right forearm.

The apartment complex Timothy's car was found in, is surrounded by many nature trails and parks. It would not surprise me if they find his remains in those parks. This area is right off the Old Tampa Bay on SR60 which is heavily traveled. The sports complex is going to have a lot of pedestrian traffic. There should be many traffic and business cameras. I suspect this is why they have their POI named. Somehow, they can prove that or they wouldn't have announced it.
