I wonder where those reports came from. Self-reported?

I honestly don’t see the point of this. He didn’t plead insanity....maybe the defense is hoping for LWOP in a mental facility (instead of regular prison). Idk. MOO

There are a LOT of children and adults out there with mental health issues. There are a LOT of children and adults who have seizures. There are a LOT of children and adults with learning disabilities.

Very few of them become murderers. It's no excuse and very weak mitigating factors IMO. IOW, he's got nuthin'. Admitting guilt and telling investigators what happened and where the bodies were disposed of would be the only real mitigating factor I'd accept if I were on that jury.

He isn't insane and doesn't fit the criteria for an insanity defence. Which is why he couldn't use it and has been convicted. This is just a last ditch effort at making the jury feel sorry for him to spare his life.

Twenty-three years ago he fell on his bike, was checked out and discharged. So what?

I wonder who the two women are with his brother in court today? Doesn't his wife still have a restraining order against LT?

Iirc, she was denied the restraining order.

Ty, I was wondering why he keeps looking toward the back of the courtroom.

She was denied? So LT threatened her life a year prior to this murder but her husband will possibly get up in court today to plead for the jury to spare his brother's life? What a mess. And all for a career **** who has no consideration for human life, including his own.
