at his missing persons case. It has been 18 months since he was
last seen.
DOB: 06/13/1970
Place of birth: Carrollton, GA.
Date missing: 09/24/2209
Family tried to file a police report, but police thought he had gone somewhere on his own. A BOLO report was done.
Date of missing persons report: 09/25/2009
Family was able to file a missing persons report that day.
9/27/2009: A detective was assigned to the case
9/22/09
His home is in Atlanta, GA. But he drove to Carrollton, GA, his hometown
to take care financial issues for his mother.
It was a long trip from Atlanta to Carrollton GA, due to flooded roads.
The one hour trip took four hours.
9/23/09; did yard work at family home in Carrollton, GA.
9/23/09; 3pm at taco bell in Carrollton, GA; He is on cell phone talking with his niece in Ohio.
3; 17pm: He paid the water bill for his mothers home, paid in Carrollton, GA.
9pm? Leaves sisters house after dinner
9pm or 9; 30pm; on phone with his partner who is in Atlanta.
9/24/09; 2am; He was seen by a neighbor, standing outside by his car.
By all accounts, he didnt sleep well and had talked of getting a map at Walmart for a different route home. Walmart is open all night.
9/24/09: 9:00am; He does not show for an appointment at Carrollton Cty Probate Court. This was his main reason for the trip as his mother was ill.
12/2/09: Car found in Chattanooga, TN, at the corner of Judson Lane and Chamberlain Ave North.
Car keys are still in ignition. Everything left in the car, just as it was when last seen
a science fiction novel, coins in plastic bin, taco bell receipt.
The car had been at the Chattanooga, TN location for over one month.
It had stolen TN plates on the car. Plates were stolen about one month before it was found.
A black male was seen parking the car in last week of Oct. 2009.
