At about 5:30 Thursday afternoon, Pricilla called the cell phone again. When investigators spoke to her, she said that she did not want to go home, and that she was at a Kroger store in Atlanta. Investigators said she claimed she was fine.

As Gwinnett County investigators talked with Pricilla on the phone, the number she was calling from was traced to an intersection in Las Vegas. Police contacted the Las Vegas Police Department and notified them of her location. They went to that intersection and took her into custody.

Pricilla told Las Vegas police that she caught a bus to Las Vegas and had been there for one or two days. She has been placed in the care of Child Services.

Investigators said their case remains active as they work to find out if anyone helped her get to Las Vegas or if any criminal activity was involved.

Whether or not she ran away, her leaving was planned (fixed signs on angles of the Last Seen). The charts are complicated.

Can we get Uncle Joey's birth data?

Nellie,

After some thought, I'm going to rescind my request for birth info on Uncle Joey.

The child has been found safe and to my knowledge, unharmed. Rather than continuing to sleuth the uncle, perhaps we should turn our attention to the children (and adults) still missing.

Pricella was born with MARS and URANUS in extremely harsh aspect which could manifest as erratic (URANUS) action (MARS) when triggered. The Last Seen Chart shows pre-planning (fixed angles). The 5th House carries Sagittarius on the cusp, a sign of travel, and with Lord 5 the Child JUPITER just minutes of Arc away from conjunction 9th House Cusp we get the sense of a secret trip.

Pricella also has a Sagittarius MOON, no matter what time of day she was born, and this particular MOON is known for its 'don't-fence-me-in' attitude.

Unless we hear otherwise, I would cautiously suggest she may have been unhappy about and/or felt restricted regarding her new life in Georgia (transit SATURN exactly on her Secondary Progressed SUN) and figured out a way to return to the home base she was forced to leave behind. In other words, a runaway.

I just saw on my local news Raquel was found safe at a hotel with a man. Just wanted you to know.

LAPORTE COUNTY | Park rangers and the Coast Guard searched Tuesday morning along the Lake Michigan shoreline for an Indianapolis woman who was reported missing Monday.
The search was conducted around the dangerous shelf ice that forms on the southern tip of Lake Michigan, Dunes National Lakeshore spokeswoman Lynda Lancaster said.
Dunes National Lakeshore rangers found a 2003 Ford Windstar minivan parked near the Lake Michigan shoreline late Monday night.
The van belongs to Roxanne Shah, 47, who left her husband a note saying she was going away for a few days "to get my head together."
When police contacted Shah's husband, Anthony Vivaldi, about the van found at Mount Baldy, he told police about the note. According to the Indianapolis Metro Police Department, it was not unusual for Shah to go to the Dunes to hike or camp, even in inclement weather.
The note indicated she would go on a "work spree" when she returned, asked her husband not to worry and said she would be back at the end of the week. She wrote she going to a state park "down south."
However, police said Vivaldi became concerned when he learned the van was found at the Dunes and that she was not in the van.
Lancaster said rangers found the van during a routine patrol Monday night and searched the area until about 2 a.m. Tuesday. The search resumed Tuesday morning and included park rangers, local firefighters and the Coast Guard. Tracks in the snow led to the beach, which is where they concentrated the search. But Lancaster said they don't know for a fact that the tracks were made by Shah, and the tracks did not lead up to the shelf ice.

the husband doesnt appear worried, her employer reported her missing and then the cops went to their home and thats when he produced an undated note saying that she was going to clear her head(in whiteout blizzard conditions?)... i saw the note somewhere--will go back and look for the link. she also missed a visit with a grandchild as well (i think). there is security vid of a person exiting her van but its not clear enough to tell if its her & the van is broken down and there was also a note left in the van stating as such. i have not seen an exact "last seen" time. other than monday

Roxanne Shah still has not been found and all searches for her have been suspended.
Is there anything else needed by forensic astrologers?

I know that missing children are a priority and that is as it should be.

Difficult to do without a Last Seen time and no information on Reported Missing. I do note on the date of disappearance transit MARS was partile (exactly) square Roxanne's natal SUN and possibly within orb of opposition to her secondary progressed MOON.

Her natal chart does show afflictions to SUN from MARS & SATURN --- a T-Square with MARS opposite SATURN and SUN as focal point, with natal NEPTUNE opposed SUN as well (and possible SUN-MOON opposition).

Such aspects could suggest difficulties/troubles with/from men and a need for (periods of) escape. However, without knowing more about her history/background, I am reluctant to make further comments.

This is another case where we have no Last Seen time and no time of Reported Missing. We cannot cast Event charts without date/time/place.

Decker was last seen Jan. 29 at a family event, but did not show up to see her husband off to military duty on Feb. 2, according to Loudoun County Sheriff’s investigators. During a press conference this past Wednesday, investigators did not mention the boyfriend, who lived with his mother according to the Examiner’s review of the warrant.

Other information from the warrant detailed by the Examiner indicates that the boyfriend was a GMU student, as was Decker, and that he gave conflicting statements to police about when he first saw Decker’s car at her Ashburn apartment – where her grandparents found it Feb. 16 – after her disappearance.

Originally it was believed that Decker's husband was the last to see her Jan. 29, but according to a search warrant affidavit, the boyfriend, 21-year-old Ronald Roldan, saw her later that night. I hope someone can get Bethany's birth data, as well as her husband's.

We also still need the date/time/place for Last Seen and/or Reported Missing to cast Event Charts. Do the VA police make their call logs / Missing Person Reports available to the public?

Although he is stationed in Afghanistan, Emile Decker has been able to make contact with the sheriff's office twice so far, beginning at around 2 a.m. Wednesday morning. The details of his conversation with investigators has not been released, but Capt. Kenneth Pratt said he is "very concerned" about his wife, her whereabouts, condition and the couple's unborn child.

im still digging for birth info for bethany... ancestry.com claims to have one birth record but i dont have a subscription with them :(
