Thought you might miss this it has a link to unedited video that the psychic made Aug. 11, 2008. I noticed you asked about this in a thread late last night. I know she took it Aug. 11, 2008. Thank You luvmygarden have/doing some of the above already. :blowkiss: I have fibromyalgia (27yrs.) so I always have Bio freeze & Icy Hot on hand. I own several ice packs like the hospitals use in therapy. Allergic to NSAID's!
I a have neck pillow.
No laptop...because of the fibro. I live with my parents who do have a laptop (my dad had a stroke & help with his care) & only get on that to do thier updates etc.
How long (x-per day & mins.) should I exercise using the motion rotaion exercises with it being so stiff? TIA

ZFG Civil case Judge JRR DOB- This is a hard one because of the name being so common. I’ve found out more about him than I ever wanted to know EXCEPT his actual birthdate. LOL. :crazy: He was born in Cuba. He came to the US in 1961, when he was 9 years old. He graduated from Miami High School in 1971. Still working on this but this is a tough one. I’m even thinking about emailing his wife.

PI Investigator DAC- I haven’t finished working on this one but there is no DOB that I’ve found on the Orange County Clerk’s website.

PI Investigator JH- Again no information on the Clerk’s website. I did find out his middle name is David. This information is from checking his professional license status. Still working on this one also but have two possibles. 01/25/1957 & 11/09/1949 (As found by the spectacular Beckaroozie).:blowkiss:

Today's courtroom results for John M. and Jose B. Delay in deposing Casey A. was not granted but another hearing will be held before Monday, January 12, date when John M. is to sit down with the prisoner. The impending hearing will decide whether that deposition takes place.

During Tuesday morning's brief meeting, the judge refused to hear the request and scolded Jose Baez's team for personal attacks against Morgan and Morgan, the law firm representing Gonzalez, and said Baez was taking the profession to a new low.

The judge told Baez to stick to the law and said that the request for a hearing didn't follow proper protocol and that there was not enough notice given to make such a request.

Casey is schedule to be deposed by Gonzalez's attorney, John Morgan, on Monday. The judge said a hearing will be held before that time to address Baez's concerns, but a specific date was not released.

At the conference this morning, the issues of Z.F.-G.'s identity was raised because at one point, the prisoner described the nanny as having no children. Unfortunately for the prisoner, she also correctly named at least two of Z. F.-G. plaintiff's children! Prisoner is tumbling all over herself trying to avoid these cross sticks and it cannot be done.

Which brings up another argument that Judge Rodriguez will have to settle. &#8220;She filed a counter claim back against our client against Ms. Gonzalez. She can't under oath do that and use the 5th amendment. It&#8217;s called sword and shield. You cannot use shield of the 5th amendment and use the sword in civil litigation when you're bringing an action yourself,&#8221; said Mitnik.

Judge Rodriguez will hear from Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez's attorney and Casey Anthony's in his courtroom at 11:00 a.m. Thursday.
As things stand now Casey Anthony is scheduled for depositions with Gonzalez's attorney Monday at 10 a.m.
