NO, I read the court doc that she filed. It says she did not sell her own, or Caylee's STORY There is no mention of pictures or video!

Red, mine: Thanks, Angel. I saw this quote on the 'daily news' thread when I got back tonight. WTH is up with that? Baez should have just said "we are not answering the questions asked of us" I can't believe that after 8 months, I can still be surprised by the crazyness of this case. At every turn, it is more crazy than it was before.

As Angel advises, today at 4:00 pm Defense will file a Response to State's Motion to Disclose how Casey pays for her defense team. Whatever Defense's Response, we can be assured it will be ingeniously deceptive.

First, theatrical Leo rises, sign of showmanship. Response will appear dignified and respectable (Leo), however, this is all a theatrical disguise because Ascendant Ruler SUN is posited in lying Pisces.

Moreover, the malefic SOUTH NODE rises, showing Response is rotten to the core although it will look good (Leo) and quite valid on the surface. The ingenious deception is seen by SUN the Defense close conjunct URANUS, which at 22 Pisces happens to be smack on the Degree of Deceit.

PALLAS the strategy is focal point of T-square involving SUN conj. URANUS opposite MOON conj. SATURN --- this shows Defense in a delicate balancing act, attempting to pull their client (MOON the Prisoner Lord 12 about to conjunct SATURN the State) out of the soup...

Notice PALLAS the strategy is disposited by MERCURY the Response (Lord 3) in (can you stand it?) lying Pisces, same sign as Lord 1 Defense. Hmmmmmmmm, what does that tell you?

Of course, none of this will be revealed in Defense's Response, they will twist and disguise, using every trick in their legal toolbox.



That leaves one question: will Judge Strickland fall for it?

Look to the 10th House cusp in end of its patience 29th degree, ruled by MARS in Aquarius disposited by SATURN Lord 7 the State. That gives indication the Judge will favor the State.

And look to the MOON as both the Action and Lord 12 the Prisoner, minutes away from entering Critical Degree (17 Mutable) and about to go splat against SATURN the State's brick wall.....

Way back on February 24, the prisoner enjoyed a New Moon on her Jupiter inflating her sense of self and what she could get away with. That influence ended with yesterday's Full Moon but not before she gave us one more view of her on the high ropes full of bluff and bluster. She alienates everyone in the courtroom with her impertinent scrawl that descends into personalities, "He's just angry because I won't accept his plea deal..." and that registers as a compulsion she couldn't control. (Moon-Saturn 165° from Mercury). Tomorrow, the very uncomfortable peregrine Moon opposite Venus ruler of the House Moon is in, finds herself distressed by beseigement between Saturn and Pluto, aimless and uncooperative. She is also sesquiquadrate Mars in Prosecution, defensive and contentious in her connection to this attorney. Last over Saturn, next over Pluto, one mistake compounds another. The learning curve is flat and looking serpentine.

You didn't mention what was unclear, so I will presume the whole paragraph is hard to understand. Each month the Moon and the Sun come to the same place, called a New Moon. Whatever planets are activated by the New Moon maintain their influence until the Full Moon. There was a New Moon on the prisoner's planet Jupiter. She was full of herself during the two weeks following that Jupiter hit because it instilled self-confidence.

Yesterday, the Moon becomes full, opposite the Sun. The injection of confidence at the New Moon culminates in acting out arrogantly. From her pose six feet above contradiction, she adds her own point 7. to the Baez filing in her large rolling script. She really couldn't help herself. She felt compelled to write that. From the aspects for tomorrow's hearing, she offended the court and the state attorney, as seen by Mercury and the Moon parallel the Part of Misfortune. (The March 12 chart is on our calendar.)

In the chart for tomorrow, discussed some pages back but also on the calendar, you will see the Moon is in Libra at 14° and Venus ruling House 3 and 10 is exactly opposite at 14° Aries. Any Moon in the Third House is seriously unhappy when at odds with the planet ruling the Third House, that is a special rule you can rely upon. The Moon is also poorly conditioned because peregrine (no relation to Libra) and between malefics Saturn and Pluto. See chart. She is in a 135° aspect to Mars, and that is also described on the calendar--a very negative Moon-Mars angle that hates rules & laws and nurses grievances. This aspect criticizes others continually and is conceit on stilts.

So did the prisoner gain and learn from the New Moon on her Jupiter? No, she learned nothing. She gave in to the temptation to over do, over react, over expand, over reach and other Jupiter inducements.

So she got so puffed up with herself that she once again allowed her true and malignant colors to come shining through. That little one-liner was SO Casey and it shows exactly how she thinks. She sees herself as the "STAR" and from her majestic and self-proclaimed state of royalty she has deemed herself worthy of the entire State of Florida to be "mad" at. If there was a picture in the dictionary of a Mad Hatter-I think that Casey's face would be there. This girl is just too much! She actually believes that this is not about the State of Florida bringing about justice for the MURDER of a child-her child no less...I wonder if the State were pursuing another as ferociously as they have pursued HER if she would have all these problems with how they do their jobs? I doubt it. This is just because SHE is in the hotseat and the temperature is rising! I hope she is feeling the heat and I hope that it only gets hotter for her. Looks like she has some hard days coming and she deserves every one of them!

my personal opinion (which probably shouldn't be here since it doesnt pertain to anything related to astrology) is that there hasnt been a plea deal on the table since Caylee's remains were found. I've mostly formed that opinion on the fact that the SA office has yet to put the DP back on the table...which also in my opinion is a good thing...since there are crazies out there that have consumed the kool-ade and may have a hard time sentencing someone of KC's age, race and "economic status" to death. so what would they offer to her to get her to plea? what other information besides possibly a cause of death would they gain from it? :waitasec: JMHO.

my interpretation of the charts & readings posted about today's hearing is that the judge isnt going to take to kindly to JB.

Quite a serious hearing today. The crime scene inspector held up well under questioning. We are still looking at the YOD or Finger of Fate, which is tightening until it falls due on March 15. Todd Macaluso, a new attorney for Anthony, could face disciplinary action from the California Bar after being accused of writing $100,000 in bad checks. Macaluso says there was an accounting error by his office staff while he was away for a death in the family, WKMG said.

WFTV anchor Bob Opsahl said Macaluso was "changing his story after a Channel 9 report." The station reported that he was accused of writing the bad checks, yet he didn't disclose that information when he filed for permission to practice law in Florida. "After our report, he filed new paper work today admitting it," Opsahl said.
The judge will decide whether Macaluso can be involved in the Anthony case, WESH's Dave McDaniel reported.
