Hi I am new to the forum and joined specifically to join in on the discussion of this case. My thoughts are this: I have also seen the pictures and I also don't see what everyone is talking about. If anything the baby looks like he may be sick and that would explain why she had Tylenol for him. I do not think he looks dirty or unkempt. She has adorable outfits on him and I see several toys, not just one as the babysitter claims. I also have a lot of trouble trusting the Smiths. Something is definitely shady with them!

I feel as though I am the ONLY one that feels that Gabriel is still alive. Is there anyway to do another chart for Gabriel for today and see if he is hidden or dead? I know in the beginning the charts suggested that this was a buisness deal, which I seriously beleive. Can we look at the charts now and be able to tell if he is still living?

I feel it also. Sometimes I question myself as to if I just WANT him to be alive and well SO badly and that's why I believe he's alive. But, I always come to the conclusion it's something more than that. It's different this time.

I think there is reason for hope. The pictures she took of Gabriel would have no real purpose if she intended to kill him. I don't see why the Smiths are still involved--and wanting to push themselves forward--if this is a homicide. Of course, I could be wrong. But I HOPE not.

I wonder if there are time stamps on any of the pictures and if they would be useful for addressing the question of Gabriel's fate.

What we CAN do is cast a horoscope for the start of the landfill search when that happens. That qualifies as an EVENT. Not everything does, as you can understand. The chart Soulscape did for Eliz. Officers have arrested person-of-interest Tammi Smith on Tuesday morning in connection with the disappearance of baby Gabriel Johnson, authorities said.

According to a statement from the Tempe Police Department, Smith will be charged with conspiracy to commit custodial interference, custodial interference and forgery.

Police searched the Smiths' Scottsdale home Jan. 15. At the time, they did not provide any specifics.

Tammi Smith, 37, of Scottsdale, was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit custodial interference, custodial interference and forgery, according to information from Tempe police.

Smith was arrested at 11:10 a.m. at her residence in north Scottsdale, police said.

Tammi Smith is being transported to the Tempe City Jail, and later will be booked into a Maricopa County jail, police said.

Jack Smith, who was contacted by the Tribune on Tuesday morning, wouldn&#8217;t immediately comment.

A mother is in custody and a neighborhood is in shock. San Antonio Police Chief Bill McManus has confirmed that she fatally stabbed her two children. The boys were just one and three-years-old.

The question on many minds, &#8220;Why would a 22-year-old mother kill her two young sons?&#8221;

The incident happened on the Near North Side on the 100 block of Weizmann Street near Blanco and Basse. The first officers to respond to the scene said they found the mother covered in blood and standing in the front yard. The officers said the woman had a crazed look and immediately asked the officers to arrest her. &#8220;She said to the officer when he walked up, 'I just killed my babies' and turned around and put her hands out to be handcuffed,&#8221; Chief McManus told News 4 WOAI.

Those officers had to force their way inside the womans house which was already filling with gas. They say she blew out the pilot light and left the oven on. &#8220;They turned the oven off, walked back into the bedroom. they found two boys who had been stabbed to death,&#8221; said Chief McManus.

Chief McManus described the murder scene as gruesome. &#8220;Words can't describe the scene,&#8221; he explained. &#8220;It was unspeakably sad.&#8221; Those two little brothers were lying in bed, side by side... dead.

The Chief said counseling services will be made available for everyone that witnessed the aftermath of these horrible murders. Investigators say they don't know why the mom did it, but she appeared to be shockingly calm. They tell us there is no documented history of child abuse.

On 12/27/09 TPD Sergeant L. Lenzon contacted EJ via telephone. EJ was instructed to make contact with Texas LE in order to confirm that garbriel was alive & safe. EJ refused.

Interesting info from the warrant: Tammi stated on 12/28/09 that Logan threatened her after a court hearing in Judge McVey's court room. Unknown to Tammi Logan recorded the call. TPD heard the call & no threat was made. Logan told Tammi to stop calling him. Logan hung up the phone line. Shortly after Jack Smith called Logan. Logan, once again disconnected the phone line. Tammi & Jack Smith have used the media to make many statements which later later have been found to be inaccurate regarding their involvement in the investigation. Much more interesting info to be read in the arrest warrant! Dates of many things that may be helpful in astro charts!!:wink:

Tammy Smith's husband Jack picked her up at 4th Avenue Jail on Wednesday morning. Her attorney was not present.

Police do not believe that she knows where the missing boy may be. She was charged with custodial interference and forgery. "It doesn't mean those charges are gonna stick. It doesn't mean those charges are true. But nevertheless, they were able to do that 'cause they're the guys with the guns," says Tammy Smith.

"You know, those are charges that Tempe Police Department is trying to create a case." And she says looking back she wouldn't have become involved with the missing boy's mom, Elizabeth Johnson.

"I felt like she was being completely taken advantage of by the father and the grandfather."

When asked if she knows where the missing boy is, she says "absolutely not."

I cannot help but wonder if Elizabeth was being taken advantage of by Jack and Tammi? I know Elizabeth didnt really want to be a mother it would appear. She didnt seem to do a great job at it seems she was not given the best example from her parents. I have not heard anything in the news to show that baby G's dad was not a good father. I heard he was young and he was trying. Elizabeths grandfather once said he didnt know what more the boy could do for Elizabeth! I think Tammi and Jack wanted the boy and her statements that she made about the lengths she would go to to adopt him were very telling! The little girl they are raising is a child they also adopted from an "unfit" parent IIRC. There are foster children out there who have been taken from unfit parents yet it looks like these people are taking children from parents they deem unfit. I wonder if Elizabeth would have done what she did on her own? I hope nothing bad has happened to the baby and his father can be reunited with him and raise him to adulthood! I am glad she was arrested and her statements to the father and the threats she made are public. didnt the charts pretty much peg her for what she is!

He also said he trusts his wife.

"I've known every single thing -- everything all along the way," he said.

I am glad they feel bullied, now they know who baby Gabe's daddy feels. Imagaine how he felt thinking they were trying to take his son from him. All the threats and for what???? I serious doubt they thought they were saving a child, they WANTED a child. Selfish people make me sick.
