I certainly hope that they corroborate his claims of being raped at the age of 9 and don't merely go on his word. MOO

The 20 year max sentence is appalling! Do they not have LWOP?! IMO, they each deserve LWOP, but especially the husband! I read some of the comments in the DM article. As a result, the wife of one of the men, Jean-Pierre M., is alleged to have been the victim of rapes and attempted rapes.

Not denying the facts, the accused recognises having had access to an overprescription of Tennesta and other tranquillisers. Up to 10 tablets in one dosage, as investigators were able to discover from the co-accused. France Info states that such a dosage can lead to a deep sleep and could have killed the victim, as indicated by a toxicology expert interviewed during the investigation.



Up to 450 Temesta tablets are claimed to have been prescribed to Dominique P. in the course of one year, according to data provided by the health insurance company (CPAM) to investigators in September 2020.

France, IME, is very strict for prescriptions. I wonder how Dominique could get the drugs via prescription without his wife being medically assessed over this time?

A Canadian news report on the first page of this thread says that Gisele suffered 4 STIs during this time. Am looking for confirmation. If true, surely her doctor would have doubts about a monogamous lady contracting these infections and, depending on the type of infection, recommend that husband should be treated also?

Anyway, we are now just seeing the first pages of a huge dossier being read out.

Perhaps the prescription was in his name? She was seeing the doctor regularly for symptoms that were consistent with drugging, if it was in her name, would have put 2 & 2 together. So I assume he got it prescribed for him and they had separate doctors.
