Fiona affair in Clermont-Ferrand, Sunday, May 12, 2013 at 18:45 a mom comes to the police to report the disappearance of her daughter Fiona, a 5 year old girl. She explained that she was in Montjuzet Park with 2 children and has lost sight of Fiona little after dozing. As soon as the police and army scour the 26-hectare park in front of the press mom, Cecilia Bud then shows very collapsed. Four months after the disappearance, Cecile Bud and his companion, Berkane Makhlouf, were arrested in Perpignan and placed in custody.
