Frustration!

I'm donning my raincoat in case of any tomato-throwing...

Here goes....

I got frustrated watching the defensiveness of some of the expert witnesses testifying. (particularly Dr G and Dr H) The testimony itself was great, but the delivery......not so much.

There is a stark difference between their demeanor when questioned by the state, and being questioned by the DT.

I understand the passion they have for their work, and they have the right to defend their opinions and conclusions, but l just wish they could do it in non-defensive manner.

And WOW! Bringing up the issue of non-payment by the DT for the depo while testifying was not a good move by Dr H , IMO. It bolsters the DT insinuation that he's only in it for the money.

I voted sidebars but Mr Baez's objections to everything (most all overruled) is driving me insane!

The sidebars are making me crazy, he's slowing the flow up, maybe purposely. But it's getting ridiculous between the sidebars, then JP decides to allow a break only 1 hr. into the proceedings, then a commercial and wah lah, come back and there's another side bar. :banghead:
If I was on the jury I'd be spitting bullets every day thinking we wasted about 2 hrs with all the proffering, sidebars, objections and other shenanigans etc. They do want to get home sometime and I don't think the DT cares one iota about how they feel. They may even hold it against him and find ICA guilty without batting an eye lash. JMO
Count how much time is wasted today, you'll see what I mean.

HLN with the constant commercials. Then when there's a sidebar and it stops and court resumes, the host yappy yaps for another minute while court is on. Or, they'll break for a commercial RIGHT when court comes back in session after break/sidebar.

I can not understand why anyone would watch HLN for coverage unless their computer was so old and/or their connection was so slow they could not watch online. I tried listen to HLN coverage two or three times on SIRIUS/XM radio for an hour during my commute and when I did it drove me crazy, it was so frustrating I decided to just wait until Patty G post the days hearing and catch up with what I missed then.

The same with any programs that HLN has shown on the case, it is just so much more enjoyable to watch the YOUTUBE versions with the commercials cut out. I will always be so greatful to Patty G, I feel that she suffers through the pain of watching HNL live so we won't have to -(THANK YOU PATTY! :tyou

I despise KC for sitting there crying now trying to elict sympathy and pity from the jury when a call to 911 on July 16th or talking anytime during the previous 3 years would have prevented all the gruesome photos and testimony. Cry Me a River !!!!!!!!

I will really resent her pleas of mercy when she has afforded none for anyone least
of all her child or her family.

I'm a bit frustrated with the popular notion that KC will be found guilty of a lesser charge.
IMO, the state has presented a coherent, intelligible case about what happened to Caylee that is actually even more brilliant when it is unencumbered by all of the side minutiae and behind-the-scenes factoids we are burdened with.
It is a clean presentation for all intents and pruposes.
I have every confidence that a common sense jury, and I hope this is one, will have no problem finding that the law dictates KC be convicted of 1st Degree Murder and that any suggestion the defense has made to the contrary is not reasonable.
AZLawyer posted something here that I always remember, but will never be able to word it as eloquently as she did-In a nutshell, when one or two circumstances make a defendant look hinky, that can be overcome by a jury. When 5 ba-zillion circumstances are attributed to a defendant, you cannot really make reasonable excuses for them anymore.
KC and the jury are on reason 5 ba-zillion and one.

I voted the media coverage and this is based solely on lack of knowledge and defense team feelers popping up on every channel trotting out ludicrous statements to bolster what I perceive to be the lamest defense since Judas said he was only thanking Jesus for a wonderful meal.
It insults Caylee as well as the intelligence of the viewing audience.

I voted Other and have stopped to follow the full coverage. Reason? The SA's.

Introducing so many trivial details and doing bookkeeping in front of the jury.
They showed tens of items to Dr. Voss just to say that he found ONE decomposing hair.
For hours they introduced dog pictures, unrelated dog video and dog certificates just to say the dog found cadaver odor in car trunk and in the backyard.

Amen to this. The SA's should have gone over this enough times to have it running as smooth as silk. No hesitations, no fumbling through pages and packages, and no stutters. They could have held much of the repetition and endless detail in reserve and then hauled it out if needed to refute DT assertions later.

First, if she's found guilty she cannot make any money off of her crime. Second, it seems the talking heads are split because they are pandering to a specific audience.

Here's my biggest worry. That the DT's tactics are going to resonate with a juror or two and a mistrial will ensue. I'm really worried about the woman who said she can't judge only God can judge. Hopefully God sends her the right message. Also, there may be a juror who just thinks JB makes sense. Remember what George Carlin said; Think about how dumb the average American is and then realize half of them are dumber than that.

The average Canadian reads at a grade 6 level. How scary is that.

I am getting frustrated with waiting for the state to bring up the fact that id ICA was such an AWESOME mom why did she lie to the Grunds that she was working when she wasn't so they would babysit all the time . Why she had another friend babysit all the time for free until 'friend' found out she didnt have a job and stopped that FAST ! and why she had her folks babysit all the time while she was 'working' This was a scam she pulled on quite a few people and quite often and needs to be brought up . She told people she working so they would take Caylee . Another one of her scams

I am frustrated at the way the trial has developed. I feel there is much more evidence that should have been brought in by the state. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I will defer to their expertise and pray that the jury finds ICA guilty of murder in the 1st degree. What else can I do? I am at a loss...

In one of the jail videos, when KC is feeling particularly martyred, she declares that she is so frushtrated that it hurts her to shwallow.
While we are not into making fun of speech impediments, we are into mocking someone who is feigning victimhood when her own child was the real victim.

It's from a jail visit with CA and GA. Casey balls up her fists and shakes them saying she's so frushtrated that nobody will let her speak, they ask her to talk and then don't listen. Apparently the frushtration makes it hard for her to swallow. Will try and find you the link if someone hasn't already answered you 10 times lol!

Ok it's different than clicking but it's also different than "visits" as Baez pointed out it's called page refreshes. So she could have visited the page once, left the page open for a while doing other things such as taking care of Caylee and the page would refresh itself 84 times.

The computer forensic persons may have been able to tell if the user refreshed, or the page auto-refreshed. Chloroform-making sites generally would not auto-refresh, as their content is static. All sites do not auto-refresh. Sites like CNN, airline sites, and stock/trading sites are built to refresh every few minutes, but I'm willing to bet THIS site, and other forums, and yes, blogs too, Billy Bob's Chloroform site, and Miss Mary's Kindergarten Class do not refresh without the user's help.

Thanks, I've seen that video many times I just never connected the word frushtrated with it. I do find it interesting that she says nobody is listening to her and they won't let her talk.

The problem dear KC is they let you talk too much. They listened to you too long. The cops aren't your parents who let your inconsistencies go without question. In the real world things have to make sense. You have to have a phone number for your nanny, if you claim to have a job at universal then you have to have a job at universal, people you claim exist have to actually exist, there is no pizza that smells like death. JMO

I'm glad you linked that for me. Hearing it again just drives home for me how out of reality her mind is. When that girl testified that KC said something to the effect of "Damn! I'm such a good liar" I think KC believed that. I have encountered people that I know are lying but can't or don't want to call them on it. KC doesn't realize that people know or eventually figure out she's an habitual liar but many don't say anything. She had been getting away with half truths for so long she never had the need to make up the perfect lie. JMO

Most excellent point - thank you! I do notice that CNN refreshes, and even my Facebook account. But those sites, I can't see refreshing, and the user would have to do that on their own...84 times...
