Trying to catch up on this case. 74 year old man accidentally kills his wife with gun she handed him. She says "voluntarily" at the hospital, "It was an accident" and without prompting.( “She said it was an accident without me prompting,” said Dr. Suzanne Hardy, who treated Diane McIver after she was admitted to the emergency room at Emory Hospital on Clifton Road.) Why don't they believe her?

Yet, we have a 13 month old baby girl (Poppy) who was murdered and no one wants to indict her murderer. I just don't understand justice anymore.

It's depressing to study some of these cases. I have to take a break, because I just don't understand.

WOW- nurse Shahinda Cyclewala was the only one who heard Tex say that he was cleaning his gun in the bathroom and he shot her (this is while 2 nurses were wheeling Diane in the wheelchair in a room- Tex right behind the nurses) and didn't speak to anyone about what he said until she spoke to the police/lawyers????? Hmmmm. :sheesh:
