I would like to propose Anika L. Hall as a possible match with the Jane Doe.
She is listed as 5'2 and 100 lbs. She went missing from Ohio in Feb. 2016.

I find similarities between the artist's rendition of the Jane Doe and some of the photos on Anika's Facebook page. She is not listed as being excluded on the NamUs page.

I was listening to the podcast Red-Handed and the hosts were discussing how a body in an inclosed space decomposes at a different rate than when exposed to the elements. With that in mind, perhaps the date of possible matches should be broadened. Broadened by how much would then be the question. Months? A year? Longer?

So if to work backwards what can we discern from what was found the the woman in the suitcase to help give a time frame to help identify her.

1) She was found in a Quest suitcase.
2) LARGE black Miley Cyrus sweatshirt (on body)
3)SMALL LOVE PINK black sweatpants (on body)
4) Size 7 Women's Nike Air Max Cage pink
5) mismatched white socks

DATES OF PRODUCTION
*Nike began to manufacture the Nike Air Max Cage in 2013

*Quest suitcase is manufactured by Dejuno out of California. I emailed the company to ask what year their Quest line of luggage was first manufactured. *I will update with date as soon as I hear back from them.*

*PINK Sweatpants by Victoria Secret began production in 2006. As far as I can discern, the photo of the pants on NamUs looks like Love Pink yoga sweats boyfriend pants. I cannot determine a production date.

*Miley Cyrus did not tour in the US in 2013 but was on the Bangerz Tour in 2014 starting Feb 2014 and her tour covered most parts of the United States. Cyrus also toured in 2015 with there Milky Milky Milk Tour from Nov to Dec 2015 mostly on the East & West coasts. This would possibly be helpful if the black sweatshirt was purchased at one of Cyrus' concerts.

It seems as if 2014 would be the earliest time the shoes and the sweatshirt could be purchased. So the young woman in the suitcase was still alive in 2014 at the very least.

Distance between missing and found 10 hours’ drive.

Race UID:White female, not to exclude Asian or Eastern Indian - MP White

UID 20 – 30 years, approx. (born between 1986 – 1996) - MP, 23 years when missing, born December 4, 1993

Height UID 63 estimated (5’3”) - MP 62.0 to 64.0 (5’2” – 5’4”)

Weight UID Cannot estimate, known clothing size pants is small - MP 100 lbs

Thank you. I use this chart (not perfect, I know) to estimate the weight when somebody has size - in this case - small. For example Arika's weight is 100 lbs, so small would fit.

The woman, who was found July 29 by a Georgia Department of Transportation worker in a wooded area along I-985 northbound, was wearing a large black Miley Cyrus hoodie, small black Victoria’s Secret pants with “LOVE PINK” on a leg, and size 7 pink 2014 women’s Nike Air Max Cage shoes, Gwinnett police Cpl. Michele Pihera said.

The woman is believed to be Hispanic or mixed race with mostly white ancestry and between 20 and 30 years old.

I was looking into the Morgan Bauer case again whose WS page was removed because of rumors the mom was a scammer. She's still missing. A person on the Vanished podcast a month ago actually listed this unidentified listing. And said he reported it. It fits her missing timeline and area. She was last heard from Feb. 2016 missing from that area.
