Murphy testified to Elizabeth's alleged Internet searches on the day she bought the gun that police believe was used to kill Jenna.

He said that she allegedly continued to make Internet searches from April to June that police believe are connected to the crime, including background information on Jenna and her family.

Murphy said Elizabeth's last alleged search before the shooting was to look up the name of Jenna's father.

He also said it appeared Elizabeth had been targeting Jenna on Facebook with multiple derogatory or negative comments, according to interviews conducted during the investigation. Jenna subsequently shut down her Facebook, Murphy said.

“In her web searches on the cell phone on April 19, she had researched several articles regarding someone killing their family and themselves. She researched wrongful death lawsuits on that day as well, and also the prior day,” Murphy said. He noted she went out and bought the gun later used in the killing on April 19."

"Betsy Wall received treatment at a mental health facility for two to three weeks before the killing, her attorney Jimmy Berry told the court. Berry did not seek bond for her from Cobb County jail, where she’s been incarcerated without bond since her arrest."

I read the article....and I am wondering, if as it is reported Betsy Wall was in a mental facility receiving treatment for 2-3 weeks before the murder...then WHY were the grandchildren in her care? Did her son, the childrens father let her have the children, did she get a day of custody, did mom give her the children for the day? IMO JW should have had supervised visits per statement per her lawyer. From what BW lawyer indicates, there may be a mental issue before, during and even after the murder, so again WHY did she have the children? JW has not helped her son as she thinks, but destroyed so many lives, including the children.
