The word "victim" is not used in any of the charges.... all of the charges refer to "child", "children" or "minor".

If the face was not identifiable, how would they know it was a minor - unless it was obviously a very young child. I pray there's not another child's body out there somewhere. This wasn't his first rodeo - there's bound to be a lot more to his past than has been made public....IMO

Also they know JR went for drinks. If one of the recovered cans was hers, they know it from DNA. They know what & how much she drank & very close to the exact time. IMO the estimated time of death is accurate.

What additional information is usually in a warrant? This is the first case I have followed so closely, so I'm a novice.

Also, does it seem that the child abduction/rape/murders are getting more and more violent to you? I have not heard of one so graphic and brutal, but again, this is the first one I have followed this close.

I have only followed one other case, Zahra Baker, and the search warrants listed what was taken from the house and cars. I don't know if that is a normal procedure or not. And I don't know if that is public information in the stae of Georgia. The Zahra Baker case was in North Carolina and media published the warrants.

I just saw this on twitter, wonder what's up? More charges? DP qualified lawyer? I hope they don't take the dp off the table due to no one qualified. It would make any plea deal less harsh for him possibly. Just guessing. Guess we wait until 1:30...

A development in the prosecution of Jorelys Rivera murder suspect Ryan Brunn will be heard at 1:30 p.m. today, said Lt. Jay Baker, Cherokee County Sheriff's Office spokesman.

"There will be a pre-hearing meeting with the media in the Jury Assembly Room on the ground floor of the Cherokee County Justice Center at 1 p.m.," Baker said. "I will not be responding to any emails or phone calls about this matter."

No, I haven't read anything and thought that a possibility too. If the grand jury had been made up of 50 year olds he didn't have a chance either. To me it was a age group of his peers.

Have you ever seen a lawyer attact this fast a grand jury? I think it was his only chance at filing further motions for appeals?

Maybe we already have a deal, hopefully LWOP as the minimum. No Elisa Baker type deal.
