What would bring about that charge? Are they holding some kind of grand jury and she's refusing to testify? Confused about why it's contempt of court, and not obstuction of justice, if there are no court proceedings right now. Can any of the legal eagles illuminate us?

I am honestly not surprised she was arrested, the family seems like they don’t think laws apply to them or that they need to obey any orders. Just my opinion

I said the day I saw her first interview right after little Quinton disappeared that there was something 'off' with her behavior. I stand by that assessment still. Poor baby boy.

Would that come through the juvenile court though? Or would that go through the criminal court? Like abandonment, felony child abuse, etc, those tend to get charged in criminal court, don't they?
