How can the state keeps stumbling into court like this?
GA - Rapper Young + others indicted on RICO & other charges, May 2022. Trial ongoing April 2023, interruptions, lawyer arrested. Fulton County.

Nicole Westmoreland, attorney for Quamarvious Nichols, just spoke up about the way the state has released the witness list. “That’s why you don’t spring this at the last minute," Westmoreland said since they don't have enough time to interview witnesses.

It appears Young is wearing a sweatshirt with a wolf.DA Love started her opening statement last week reciting a poem from Rudyard Kipling’s sequel “The Second Jungle Book”, that mentions wolves.Love said Young is the leader of the pack.

We don't know where DA Adriane Love is today but Deputy DA Simone Hylton is handling the witnesses today.Hylton has handle a lot of stuff since last December, including some of the plea deals.

DA Hylton showed pictures of the suspects in the case but Clark didn't know any of the names, just testified that he took the pictures.He has been excused and won't be called back to testify.

The first witness is APD Investigator Antonio Skeete, who is testifying about a weapon that was stolen from Andrew Phillips (who testified last week).
The state's next witness is Wellington Clark, who used to be a crime scene tech for APD, but now works on the licensing and permit division.

Now testifying is Investigator Morris Kandakai. Kandakai, who now works for the Fulton County SO, was involved in a scuffle with Rodalius Ryan before the inmate was transported to the Fulton County courthouse earlier this year.

A court deputy told our photographer that we cannot film the witness stand at all in #YSL. We do not have that kind of order from the judge. We will be filing a motion to get more clarification but for now, we cannot show the witness stand.
