Tiffany Foster, who also goes by Tiffany Starks, was last seen on March 1 at the Lakeside Apartments in Newnan, the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office reports.

Investigators said since then, her vehicle was found in Fulton County with her personal belongings still inside.

Tiffany is described by deputies as being 5-feet-2-inches tall and weighing 220 pounds.

Anyone who sees her is asked to call 911 immediately. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Inv. Kilgore with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office at 770-253-1502.

Investigators said Tiffany Foster, also known as Tiffany Starks, was last seen on March 1 at Lakeside Apartments in Newnan.

It is not known what she was wearing before she disappeared.

Starks' vehicle was later located in Fulton County with her personal property still inside the vehicle, according to Inv. Toby Nix with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office.

Starks has not had any contact with her family or her boyfriend, nor had she reported to her

place of employment, Nix said

•her fiancé last saw her when she left the apartment; Tiffany left her daughter there with him.
•she sent a text message to her mother, which was the last anyone heard from her
•March 2, Tiffany did not show up to her college classes
•The evening of March 2 she was reported missing.
•Tiffany did not show up to her next shift at work on March 5.
•On March 8, Tiffany’s car was found at College Park with her belongings in it. (Including her purse & credit card)
•She also missed a prepaid flight to TX on March 11.
•LE stated there was evidence collected from her vehicle but couldn’t comment on the specifics.
•LE stated evidence leads them to believe ‘something occurred’
•Her cellphone has not been found

Her home in Newnan is SW of Atlanta. Her apartments on Lakeside Way are indeed by what looks like a small lake.

Her car was found in College Park which looks like a neighborhood in the SW part of Atlanta.

I'm obviously not a local and had to look up these places on a map. If locals have insight into the locations, please let us know. She's been missing since March 1!

"Based on no contact with family and the personal effects found in the car, would lead us to believe there may have been some type of foul play," said Inv. Scott Kilgore of Coweta County Sheriff’s Office.

Her fiancé says he had called the phone multiple times without success.

Foster’s family says she was studying criminal justice with the hope of becoming a police officer. The 35-year-old mother of three had worked as a correctional officer.

During her disappearance, she failed to show up to school, work and flight to Texas that had been prepaid.

Please join Tiffany (Starks) Foster’s family and friends in effort to pass out flyers and spread awareness of her disappearance. T-shirts will be provided for the 1st 150 people to show up. Everyone will be divided into groups to cover different areas. The exact stations will be given in person. Refreshments will be available at each station. Please be safe and use safe pedestrian practices.

Her fiancé was charged with theft by taking (auto) for moving her vehicle after she was reported missing.

This is what I found describing that particular charge.
2010 Georgia Code :: TITLE 16 - CRIMES AND OFFENSES :: CHAPTER 8 - OFFENSES INVOLVING THEFT :: ARTICLE 1 - THEFT :: § 16-8-2 - Theft by taking
A person commits the offense of theft by taking when he unlawfully takes or, being in lawful possession thereof, unlawfully appropriates any property of another with the intention of depriving him of the property, regardless of the manner in which the property is taken or appropriated.
 
Fiance of missing Newnan woman behind bars

She was last seen March 1. This is when her fiancé stated he last seen her (at their apartment).
Reported missing March 2.
Her vehicle was found March 8.

The distance from her apartment to College Park is 27 miles.
I’m curious where he moved the vehicle from??
Also did someone give him a ride to the vehicle or pick him up after moving the vehicle to College Park?
 
Police said Foster left her apartment on March 1 to go shopping. She texted her mother, which is the last text she appears to have sent.

Foster was reported missing March 2 after she did not report to her college class. On March 5, Foster failed to show up for work.

Her car was found on March 8 in College Park with her purse and credit card inside. A few days later, on March 11, she missed a flight to Texas that she had already prepaid for.

Foster is also known as Tiffany Starks. She is described as 5 foot 2 and 220 pounds.
