Assume for a moment that DM had a gun or a taser and had produced in in TB's truck to encourage TB to get out and leave.

Would you really want to fire a taser in the close quarters of the truck? Don't they have long leads that could end up anywhere including on you, especially in the case of a struggle?

A rear seat passenger with a stun gun would be the most excellent way to subdue a passenger in the right front seat ... there is nothing better or quieter or cleaner or quicker...... press it onto the back of the neck (without using the ejected probes and wires)

The only pistols that are listed to fit that holster are Restricted or Prohibited inside Canada.

Meaning, the civilian person authorized to posses the firearm that fits that holster would be "grandfathered" to posses the Prohibited or has a valid RPAL from the RCMP to posses and/or acquire the Restricted.

Why wouldn't this one fit the holster? It doesn't appear to need a licence in Canada.

I've not seen all brands of stun guns however the Taser brand and others are insulated(non bare wiring).

If this is the case, why the removal of the back seat? :banghead:

Exactly. That's my point. It's not prohibited or restricted, but would probably fit the holster.

And can be just as deadly as the real thing, especially if used at close range.

"Whether they're BB guns, hand guns, shot guns, or rifles, they're deadly weapons and they have to be treated as such."

It would possibly fit, however the holster wasn't fabricated for a BB gun.

Anyway, the context of all the posts were what ifs about OC and no TPS support likely for DM and him having to protect himself from "them" with a pistol that would be 1) capable of fitting in that holster and 2) as in a "real" Walther pistol/firearm. But you knew that.

Sorry, IMO a 27 year old man would not purchase a concealing holster for a BB gun.

You never know what weirdos think SB.........After all he bought an incinerator.........with no apparent common sense use for it

DM and MS are city boys. Maybe they were driving out to the country, putting on their Sheriff wear, holstering up the air guns and shooting d'em vermin for a quick roast in the Eliminator? JHMO :floorlaugh:

If this is the case, why the removal of the back seat? :banghead:

Cause of death most likely by another means (after the stun) , choke , stab or firearm , and loss of body fluids (DNA) (Stain) would be reasons to remove seat

When MS got popped there was a fellow named who went to Facebook and the media to defend him. He's the buddy MS did the Ghozted video with. He quickly took his Facebook down but it is back up again. It is very pro-marihoochie with many pics of pot and joints and in one photo he spells his name out with $100 bills. If you have a lot of drugs and money to keep safe, you might also develop and interest in/connection to get weapons. MS had other FB associates that also posted pics of piles of phones, pot, etc. Then there is the question of where MS was getting the coke he was retailing. That is, I suspect the weapons connection is Oakville based.

Court records show Smich has several criminal convictions, including possession for the purpose of trafficking in 2006 and impaired driving in 2010. He is also scheduled to appear in court on a charge of mischief next month.

yes........the thot plickens in this drama...........meanwhile back at the ranch.....dem good high velocity 'merican BB guns are considered firearms in Canada, and the BB guns in Canada aren't firearms until someone uses one criminally or it exceeds 500 fps MV and 4.2 ftlbs.

Like Variant pointed out, they can all dangerous.

And even some 'merican bb guns are prohibited firearms in Canada if they are made on a certain style AR-15 frame.

For purposes of the Firearms Act and the Criminal Code, air guns can be further divided into four categories:

1. Air guns that are firearms for purposes of both the Firearms Act and the Criminal Code

These are air guns with both a high muzzle velocity (greater than 152.4 metres or 500 feet per second) and a high muzzle energy (greater than 5.7 joules or 4.2 foot-pounds). The “muzzle velocity” is the speed of a projectile at the instant it leaves the muzzle of a gun, normally expressed in metres per second or feet per second. The “muzzle energy” is the energy of a projectile at the instant it leaves the muzzle of a gun, expressed in joules or foot-pounds. Air guns need to meet both standards to be classified as firearms for purposes of the Firearms Act.

Interesting points:

"On Friday night officers packed up and left the farm, as their search warrant had expired, said Constable Victor Kwong."

I seem to recall the same officer stating earlier that they could stay as long as they wanted.

The previous owner also makes comments on the barrels, excavator, and incinerator.

Here's her earlier story.

http://www.cambridgetimes.ca/news-story/4082813-dellen-millard-farm-search-ends-woman-still-missing/

By Friday evening, police had vacated the property as the search warrant expired, said Const. Victor Kwong, adding officers wouldn’t be able to go back without another warrant. No news conference or update from police was planned, Kwong said.

Earlier, Toronto police’s homicide unit head Staff Insp. Greg McLane told the Star that police had the authority to search the farm for “as long as they need.”

Millard’s lawyer, Deepak Paradkar, said his client has not been interviewed about Babcock’s disappearance. McLane would not confirm if that was true.
