Personally I never heard of JB...............then I heard about baden's wife in 1 high profile hung jury case (Phil Spector) LEE of course with OJ...........are these guys needing PR and attention to get involved with this case??? And the ants new attorney??? I heard of NeJeme but this guy??? Want their names in a best selling book????

Lee and Baden's husband were on opposite sides of the table in the Spector trial They both behaved like idiots and it really harmed their reputations. Lee tampered with evidence then lied about it. And Baden decided on the stand that he couldn't testify for the prosecution what he was going to testify because his interpretation of something had changed. Then he rambled and no one could understand a thing he said. Now we have both these guys in close proximity of the Anthony case. Not good at all.

It's evident that Dr. Baden loses objectivity when he's involved or somewhat involved in a case his wife is defending. She must have him by the balls.

I agree, but the standard for ID in criminal cases has changed, it's no longer 1989.

He didn't say not to do the DNA, he just said they know now that's it's Caylee. I really get tried of the dribble of information one day at a time.
Spit it all out, for Pete's sake, all of it. I don't need to wait till next Fri to find out what the cover was.
IMO

That's Cyril Wecht. He's a clinical professor at the U of Pittsburg and has his own Institute. Some time ago, he was prosecuted by the FBI in Federal court, which ended in a mistrial. He has *no* love for the FBI, period.

He's never been refused admission to an autopsy is a stretch for him to say. He was accused of participating in other counties' autopsies and charging them, then pocketing the money when he was the ME for Allegheny County.

oooh, this is interesting..off to google his name!

Never could I go back to my house after all of this occured........I could never drive past that wooded area. I would go nuts! Just looking in Caylee's room would kill me. The garage would remind me of the car, the playhouse, back yard, sand box........things taken by LE.............I would have to leave. I'd let it just rot away. Maybe I would wish to go to jail and rot away myself............how can the ants live with themselves???
They enabled this kc all the time.......and covered this up for her by lying! IMO

Isn't the defense jumping the gun. Let's just say that these remains belong to Jane Doe should these people be allowed to view or be near the crime scene or initial autopsy. Until the remains are identified as Caylee they have no business being involved or being in the way of LE/FBI. I cannot believe they all agreed on the show that this was a mistake not to let them view the crime scene collection.
Does it really matter how they sift or what color the bucket is if in fact evidence is found that links Caylee's death with her murderer??:

LE and their techs have been doing this kind of work for years but now Baden thinks they should have a anthropologist? Please.

LE will do a thorough job because they know ketchup Lee will be in there just hoping to find a sliver of bone to show them up.

imoo

Baden has no idea who from the FBI was brought in for the Caylee Anthony crime scene, and someone should ask him how many times as the CME for NYC he brought in an anthropologist for his cases. My bet? 0

Cyril W. was a very good professor/coroner/lawyer then got into corruption.........might still go to jail......I think another trial coming up......

The more I think about it, I'm sure the prosecution is going to hand Dr Lee his ruined reputation on a plate at trial. And to Dr Baden as well if he ends up being a consultant for the defense.

That wasn't Wecht. It was Spitz

And, has anyone yet verified that Caylee ever saw a dentist, to have records to compare? I have a 2 yr old gd that has been, due to speech problems, but her 4 yr sister hasn't been yet, no problems-will go in spring before pre-k.

double..wth.

You know I'm with you on that one - this "team" has congregated around these kind of cases in the past: Peterson, Spector, and now Casey. It's almost like if you get one, you get them all.

I posted the same thing a page back. I seriously doubt IMO that Caylee had been to a dentist. Even if she did have her first appt. I doubt x-rays of her teeth were taken. My daughter is 3.5 and just went at age 3 when her pedi recommended a visit. She had a cleaning/fluoride and that is it..no x-rays. I have many friends and have never heard of X-rays being done at toddler dental appts, unless there is a problem. JMO.

Most pedi's say age 3 for first visits, some say 2 etc.

Was it? I recalled I thought it was Wecht on last night saying the same thing.

It was Dr. Spitz.. with the funny accent. They all took turns complaining on GR last night- the older blonde woman with the leopard on her shirt, Dr. Lee and then Dr. Spitz. Complaining and whining about not having access.

Kimberly G said that she thought it was a huge error on LE's side to shut them out. I tend to agree. I know that Dr. Lee has been known to remove things out of the crime scene but they could have had at least one of them there if not all.

I agree. Caylee may have been in for a cleaning but I highly doubt that there are dental records from x-rays. Which is probably why the id has taken longer. That KC left her in the woods in a garbage bag for 6 mos. so they cannot match fingerprints and w/o dental records they will have to use DNA.

:clap::clap::clap::clap:

Great point!

if Geraldo is friends with Baez and Baden is a Fox contributor, isn't Fox News contributing to the obstruction of justice by slanting the story for the defense???
How is this even legal?
Sorry this has been Pi**en me off lately!

Sorry I got them confused - too many experts :-)

In any case, add another "expert" to the Spector trial - Spitz was on that one too. Do these people come as a posse, or what? You buy 1 get 1 for free?

this case is a

SLAM DUNK

plain as day - these defense atty's are as bad as the family members living in denial

i dont think i have ever seen a case that as simple as this one
