TIMELINE (Not an easy task):
According to Bild (from which I only find reliable 5pm and 5.50pm as no other information can be found), Volksstimme and parent's interview to Stern in 2017 (published in Stern magazine 18-2014, 27-06-2017):
5pm - Gehricke family arrives in Diakoniewerk Wilhelshof
5.50pm - Last picture of Inga taken
6pm - Mother sees Inga for the last time and tells father to take an eye on her
6.30pm - Father sees Inga coming with 2 water bottles 1.5L from host's home. Then, boys saw her put bottles down on barbecue and return to host's house
6.45pm - Adult daughter returns from host's house without Inga. Search begins immediately and later
host tells Inga's mother they've already searched inside houses
8.13pm - Stendal Police is called by father
8.22pm - Police arrives

Mädchen seit drei Tagen im Wald vermisst: Das Minuten-Protokoll von Ingas (5) Verschwinden
Die schwierige Suche nach einer Spur
It's surprising they arrived so late. Once it's a long trip, I always thought they had arrived earlier. Especially because barbecue was unplanned and they weren't expected to stay that late. Also, there's a long time gap, more than 1h, before calling police. It seems Inga's mother wasn't at barbecue between 6-6.30pm, but somewhere else preparing food for barbecue. Inga never arrive again in host's house, otherwise father wouldn't be last person to see Inga. As a distance from barbecue to host's house was 100-150m at most, there's a time window less than 3min and we must subtract first part of track when Inga was visible to boys. So perhaps 2min only or something more at most. Parents never tell anything about wood collection during interview. If there was any, it was well before Inga's disappearing and nothing to do, contrary to information broadly circulated in MSM.
