Exactly, bessie. Escort/sex/drug parties taking place at a remote place like OB -- I thought that part was a given.

Ray states in the interview that Hackett has moved for summary judgment to toss the case. So there is a possibility that this just represents an effort to keep the litigation alive in some form if the worst case materializes. I'm taking this all with a lot of salt.

When the woman says "this is bigger than me" and she might "wind up dead" she has gone far beyond being a tipster with an interesting story. And her affidavit hasn't been filed with the court either. Red flag there. Yes, I understand Ray's explanation but I'd feel better if it had been filed. Then you know the person is willing to risk perjury charges because they are telling the unvarnished truth.
 
Does anybody else remember noticing that Leann wasn't very confident of the name Fiengold when asked who's house she was at? IIRC she hesitated a bit pronouncing his name. Could she have been mistaken, could it be Feinberg she meant? I'm only curious because there is a Gary A. Feinberg, who worked for Suffolk county, named in several sexual assault lawsuits filed by different woman. I could be way off on this one but how do we find out if this guy GAF owned a house in Oak Beach? Just a thought. I'll try to watch the press conference again to be sure of what I remember.
 
I don't think Burke had anything to do with the murder of Pius. What I think happened is Burke gets caught doing a burglary or selling drugs and the cops flip him to implicate the four kids. He lied and if you read his testimony in the last trial I think you would come to the same conclusion.

The PIUS case is NOT the reason Spota became attached to Burke, It was that case that brought them together. It may have been what happened after that that joined them at the hip, or in some other way. Therein, IMO was the beginning of that Criminal Enterprise Steve Bellone was talking about.

According to Leanne Burke used the word "*advertiser censored*" isn't that the word the caller used when talking to Melissa little sister?

I think that whether or not she is credible is of less concern to John Ray than getting the opportunity to go public with his theory. If she is what he needed in order to safely point fingers, then that would be an example of the "dramatics" he's been called out for. She may not be credible! Who knows? But John Ray knows what he's doing. And he has been able to consistently keep this case in the media, which I give him credit for...even if (IF) he is somewhat Machiavellian in his strategies.

I seem to recall (should read over my notes) when Ray was on the radio show last month, he indicated that he'd reveal some news in the coming weeks. Guess now we know what he meant.
 
Does anyone think the governor would care to step in? I mean this is way out of control. 2 fbi agents I think we need alot more credible man power
