Wink News says that the investigators feel that she (TaySho) broke open the murder-for-hire plot and that is why they are all behind bars.
Those of us who've read all of the transcripts/videos, etc. may think otherwise. Just sayin'

Due to his cowardliness I could also see MS committing suicide.

At least it would save Florida tax payers money on that trial, private attorney or not. We've all seen/heard about the many years these low-lifes sit on death row thru the appeals process, all the while being supported by tax payers---ENOUGH already.

Ok, this is the 2nd time today I'll need to ask for forgiveness.

Wo, Nancy Grace will be on soon so WebSleuthers prepare..... BOMBSHELL! could hit the Richter Scale. PLEASE keep a safe distance from your HD screens.

I haven't even had a chance to check for sure. I'm thinking Faga prob is Pretty sure Mummert is not.
Beach, being immature again. But, in NY, one would never utter, associate, affiliate, mum the words Faga as their business name.

Beach, after, Monday's hearing, what are the chances of a doc dump or do you think they will wait until MS decides who his lawyer will be? (Frigga made comment, it was up to his client to decide about the lawyer, I thought it was up to the state).

Special thanks to you and AZlawyer for all the answers, searches etc.!

I don't know how MS grew up, but if he's as cowardly as I think/know he is, he will take the easy way out.
Like other posters mentioned, he must be busting at the seams.
Think about it. Having zero control over his own day-to-day life, his daughters, his mother, his bro from another mother, his wife, his employees, his neighbors, his friends...

It is definitely up to the SAO. No doubt about that. And of course in compliance (*cough* somewhat *cough*) with the Sunshine Laws.

I suspect we will see one fairly soon. It now makes sense to me why they have been dragging their feet - knowing the Grand Jury was reviewing this case.

Does anyone know, if Taylor Shoemaker, or anyone else that gives an interview, gets paid for doing the interview by the newstation? Thanks.

Interesting ruling regarding the DP awaited in this "Landmark Case":
'On Thursday, the Florida Supreme Court heard arguments in a Pensacola murder case that in January prompted the U.S. Supreme Court to declare Florida’s death penalty statute unconstitutional. An attorney for murderer Timothy Hurst asked the state’s high court to direct a trial judge to resentence the defendant to life in prison. Assistant State Attorney General Carine Mitz asked it to rule that despite the high court ruling, Hurst still should be put to death.'

And the more understandable version:

'Until lawmakers fix Florida’s death penalty statute, prosecutions in death penalty cases have ground to a halt. Indeed, county judges have instructed local prosecutors to not seek the capital punishment in first-degree murder cases because Florida no longer has a constitutionally valid death penalty law.'

I'm guessing no, since it's really not that big of interest. But it is interesting to ponder if she sought them out or if the media tracked her down.

I have to say, that was a heartbreaker when she talked about her daughter with JR. Poor little baby.

I can't wait for this Doc Dump! The first time I read a GJ document was the one in the Michael Brown (case) and that really was interesting in learning how they do the process. In that case (county?) the GJ only met when everyone could be there for the entire time which is obvious why it took so long for 1 and there was a lot of planning around schedules. When I had Jury Duty it just wasn't like that lol

I hope they give us the meat AND potatoes in these docs!

Thanks for posting this, NIN. Saw something in the news about Florida's DP last night. Now there's an article in the Tampa Bay News just out at 5:43pm this evening, believe it mentions the Hurst case as mentioned in your post.

REMINDER:

Taylor is one in a crucial train. While I'm not sure of the order of the interviews of the witnesses, I know she was among the first interviewed in MO after the CW (confidential witness) put LE on Wright's trail to Florida. She saw and helped JRR get rid of the evidence (and then led police to recover it). She reported JRR's involvement and confession to her. She implicated CWW as well. If all of this ever goes to trial, she will be a major witness for the prosecution. Perhaps the CW opened the door, but Taylor let them in and told them to make themselves at home...

BBM-
She said she sometimes has a hard time looking at the baby... so heartbreaking. I realize her life circumstances are cyclical and hard to break, but I really hope someone takes her and the children under their wings and helps her provide a healthy life for her children. Gainful employment, etc. Heartbreaking, really.
