Praise the Lord my furnace just came on to give a respite from the cold! It still has to be looked at, but the house is warming up! Thanks for the prayers! :woohoo:

Yeah, oddly enough, we get some tremors quite often. Not only that, I live near one of the largest ammo plants in the country that makes bombs. When the bombs are out of date, they dig huge holes in the ground and set them off, as they are unsafe to transport and our windows and doors shake from the bombs exploding, thus our ground is very unstable.......Betcha you don't hear THAT everyday! ROFL

It was snowing last night and it is now a pleasant 40. It is perfect outside.

The heat us back on for good, the furnace motor burned out. It was still under warranty, at least, although the labor wasn't. But I can take my coat off, lol. It reminds me of all those who don't have the luxury of heat, ever. God bless them all.

It was soooo cold the last few days here in CO, and we also got about 5 inches, but I just saw the forecast.... 60's for the weekend:great::great::great::great::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:


The warm up has begun! Although with the way this winter has been, I am sure its only a short break. Thats ok by me, melt off some of that snow that has been in the shadows for weeks, and give us a bit of a warm up for our bones

I hope this warming is traveling across the country like the storms were :seeya:

We're supposed to get into the upper 30's to mid 40's by the weekend and into next week. So not quite 60's but a much much much needed thaw! :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::rocker::rocker::rocker:

Sunny and 40's today here (praise the Lord!) Snow is melting but we have a lot to go, yet. Gonna be mild all week.

It has been absolutely beautiful the last few days here.... But tonight we are on red flag wind warnings, up to 80 mph.... And temps are going to drop each day, and possible snow sunday into monday, But we sure enjoyed the break! How is everyones melt off going???
