There are a few names redacted and I think one may fit alphabetically with Sievers. Can't tell with the redacted names if they're trial or penalty phase.WHERE is BONNIE? She was SO vocal and defending him for so long. so ONE person that is known personally to him.. his STEPMOM? WOW just WOW. Wonder what Mrs. P is thinking right now. And i REALLY want to know if she did meet him at the beach that day.
I guess it may change, but this is MS's witness list for mitigation:
- His stepmom.
- Dr Lee Underwood, forensic psychologist
- Jeffrey Giordano, investigator/mitigation specialist

Have to respond to you because I lovelovelove the expression in your profile pic! Makes me want to smooch that face. No disrespect intended, just a dog lover missing her own.So glad to see this. I haven’t posted much in this forum but have followed closely. So grateful that Teresa’s family has a measure of justice, I’m guessing it doesn’t erase much of their pain IMO but hopefully it will help start their healing process.
Same thing happened to me! Never expected it so soon.Wow, don't you just love it when you follow a case since the beginning and then take the time to cook dinner, come back and the verdict has already been read and you missed seeing this freako's expression while a guilty verdict is being read. Banging my head right now.
OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to see this. I missed it.It was very eye opening to watch him from the minute he re-entered the courtroom until the minute he exited to go back to jail. One analyst described it best - "We watched Mark Sievers transform before our eyes".
I've seen all kind of reactions before but this one was something else. I do think it concerned him that the jury came back so quickly because he looked concerned early. Then it just spiraled until he couldn't control his emotions at all.
Hey, I like Blue Moon.Well, you're welcome, everyone. I told you the verdict would come between 5 and 7 because I'd be out to dinner. Happy to deliver! (I did get in my car in time to quickly turn CourtTV on on my phone and hear the jury being polled.....just a wee bit late for the GUILTY verdict!). So happy!!! Mr. Hunter did a GREAT job tying it all together.
ETA: Actually, I didn't even eat anything. I only had a beer. So, the next time we're on verdict watch I'm happy to take a Blue Moon for the team. Seems to work.
Magic Post-it Notes.

I’m sorry. Like Vinnie CTV says...his only save is the fact that he has young daughters.
TG he didn’t selfishly have them killed also ..ALTHOUGH he quickly started a narrative to her friend about raising the girls.
This guy is a monster.
I bet he tries to fake a medical condition, hide in the prison infirmary.
MOO
ROFLMAOI'll be irreverent here and ask Dr. Lee Underwood the Urologist (y'know because only a Urologist can try to explain the behavior of such a d)
