Guilty on all counts meaning??? First degree or second on murder? Abduction with intent to defile, or just abduction?? I don't think hearing guilty on all charges is clear enough!!

he get every charge they set on him.. which means it set him up in line for the death penalty

yes they can, the legal games has begun for him . The state will look into it now, those cases.. so I think he will be back in court.
