I was using this link and everything was fine until the jury left for a break and there is a sidebar now but the Audio was cut for the open sidebar. WTH? Why cut audio during open sidebar discussions. That is all part of the trial to me and should be included in the audio if the laywers are openly arguing their issues during the trial.

Having an open and honest trial is what the courts are supposed to be. Everything is on record so let the public be part of the witnesses to justice. Grrrrrrr

Yes, absolutely. Imo it seems the prosecution is hinting at this as possible motive, moo. But the defense is challenging confirmation of her pregnancy, imo.

Court is back in session following the morning break. The state's second witness is Jody Davenport, she worked at the Tilted Kilt with Elvis.

Davenport said Heather Elvis took a pregnancy test but it showed "error".
