So Your sister is the teacher I assume? In my case I am what they call the learning coach. I do log attendance but just how many hours each day no specific times. All of their work however is completed and turned in online. They have a teacher for each course just like a brick and mortar school.
That’s where I’m wondering if they were part of an online school a homeschool association, or strictly independently homeschooled.
There has to be some evidence of stuff being handed in somewhere. I do believe that the state monitors at least the exams or tests they are claiming needed to be turned in.
My kids have to go to a testing site, some homeschool associations don’t have that requirement and strictly independent homeschools most likely have to turn it in themselves.
There are so many variables to homeschooling in SC I just hope all avenues were looked at. Just another lie to catch them in.

I was just rewatching AC’s testimony from TM’s trial. She tells the court she was talking to a neighbor S about going to Bi-Lo with her around 5am. So she went to bed sometime after the kids went home at 3:15, was up talking to neighbor at 5.
Seems to me she never went to bed as she claims somewhere else in one of her cockamamie testimonies...
I’m starting to think she may have been way more involved. Like if she was up traveling around at that time could she have been disposing of evidence along her travels??

Nobody claims this boy is too smart and if he doesn’t plea out now. When found guilty he will be wishing he did, we just want one of them to grow a conscience and tell us where our daughter Heather is so that we can begin to grieve properly and find some kind of closure then possibly some kind of peace if there is any to be found.

Personally I think AC is a weak link. She has the same hubris as her sister but there are cracks there. She's scared and she's nervous. I hope the state has something they can use after this trial is over, AC's life can't go back to normal. She knows what happened and I think she was involved - to a point. JMO

Thankfully the jury saw it and can tell exactly what it is. AC playing dumb is telling, the jury is not dumb. Her doing that played into the State's hand - that crowd doesn't care and will lie and cover up to protect their clan. I want Livesay to bring that point home over and over.

A neighbor called to report car (Dark Green 2001 Dodge Intrepid) at 6699 State Road S-26-611 (Peachtree Landing) on the evening of Wednesday, December 19th.

HE’s ID was found inside car but phone and car keys were not located. The car was not parked in a designated spot but located parallel to the water by the woods and facing the water rather than the entrance to PTL. There was no visible damage observed and car was locked.

TAMMY TRIAL FOR KIDNAPPING, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT KIDNAPPING

Hart testified that after Heather and Sidney's relationship ended, he called Sidney to do some work at TK and Tammy got on the phone & asked him to fire Heather. She stated Heather was causing problems with her family, spreading rumors that she was pregnant, and said Sidney was not allowed to work while she worked there. He also testified that after making that phone call, he noticed Elvis showed up for work with a black eye. When he asked what happened, Hart said Elvis had different explanations.

Defense brought up the fact that Elvis & Moorer were caught having sex at work.

Domogaur testified she found Heather Elvis' social security card, i.d., bank card, and a cosmetology license inside her car.

Domogauer testifies that she saw a box of a pregnancy test in one of Elvis' trash cans but never found the test itself.

Cestare testifies he saw a shotgun shell, cleaning fluid, and concrete near the Moorer's truck in plain view. Said there were cameras on outside of home but didn't want to draw attention to them before a search warrant could be obtained.

A monitor with four split screen views from surveillance cameras was not present when the house was searched.

Melton testified Sidney Moorer got a tattoo of Tammy's name. He said he overheard Tammy say, "If you wouldn't have messed with that girl this wouldn't have been happening."

Tammy allowed police to enter her home and the camper to view/photograph on Dec. 20th but claimed she didn't have a key for the black truck

"Lt. Cestare also testified to seeing a security camera inside and outside of the Moorer's home on December 20th. Bud Henry, an employee of Sam's Club testified to the Moorer's buying a DVR and cameras the very next day."

An expert witness of the state answered questions about Elvis' cell phone's location the night she went missing, using Google tracking data. When asked if he could do the same for the Moorers, he said he could not, because their Google accounts had been deleted.

McGraw says he got a piece of computerized equipment from investigators that was taken out of the Moorer's Ford F-150. He says this piece of equipment collects GPS information. McGraw says there's an SD card in the truck which tracks navigation data. If that card isn't in the slot, it won't store any information. If it is, even if an address isn't punched into the system, it will track navigational data.

McGraw took a look at the different locations the SD card says the Moorer's truck had been. He says it showed locations for November but nothing for December. The first coordinates came back on November 8 at Beach Ford.

McGraw testified he saw no data from the truck on Nov 8-Nov 21st. Then saw data that the truck was in Shawnee, OK, then in Nov 25th saw a location in Las Vegas. McGraw testified he didn't see any data locations for the month of December 2013. McGraw testified the next geographical information picked up from the SD card was in January 2014, in Kissimmee, FL. McGraw testified the next geo location is in Horry County when he picked up the device from police to analyze.

McGraw testifies the only reasons he can think why location information wasn't picked up in Dec is either the device wasn't functioning or the SD card was removed. The prosecution points out the device was working & picking up locations in Nov & Jan indicating it was functioning.

On cross, McGraw says the SD card from the Ford will fit into another device like a phone or camera. He says he didn't examine the SD card so he can't answer if this particular card has any info from a phone or camera.

Will Lynch with North Myrtle Beach Police. He works with a machine that transfers data from mobile devices.Lynch testifies that he extracted data from two phones on Christmas Eve, 2013: Sidney's phone, and Tammy's phone.

Lynch testified that on Nov 5th 2013, there was a text from Heather's phone to Sidney's phone and at that exact same time Tammy's phone is texting a friend or family member that she is seeing that text exchange between Sidney and Heather.

Lynch testifies that before December 18, Tammy was using Sidney's phone. After that, Sidney was using his own phone again.

Tammy had sister "stalking" Heather (sister was going to go to Tilted Kilt for a drink and Tammy told her to take pics). Friend said she only walked by and Heather wasn't there. Tammy said “the b**** is in hiding”.

During Sidney's first trial, Bri testified that Heather called her and said SM was leaving his wife and wanted to see her. This call was right after Sidney called Heather from the pay phone.

Bri testified when she talked to Heather at 1:44 a.m. on December 18th, 2013 she was hysterical and scared. She testified "my exact words were do not call Sidney back, do not do anything rash, get some sleep and we will talk in the morning."

Sidney told Bri that he had an open marriage.

Caulder says he spent an hour to an hour and a half searching the truck but found no blood matching Heather Elvis in the car. He says they didn't look for hairs or fibers in the truck. He says at this point he was looking at just a missing persons case, not violent crime.

Sidney's mother says he only saw his family ONCE in TWENTY years without Tammy being there. For those not watching live, Sidney was not allowed to visit his parents. He only visited her once (without Tammy) after he got married. But unexpectedly, the entire Moorer family (TM, SM and kids) showed up Christmas eve 2013. They did not call first.

During a conversation with Tammy and Sidney, Tammy said "I beat the hell out of him"

Tammy's cousin saw a picture of Heather on a flip phone in the Moorer house. In the picture, it didn't look like Heather could move or speak!

The next witness called was Donald Demarino, a cousin of Tammy Moorer, Sidney Moorer's wife. He testified that after Elvis' disappearance, Moorer showed him "something" on a cell phone indicating that Moorer had more information about Elvis' disappearance than what he told police. What was shown was not disclosed during this trial.

DeMarino is looking very nervous, jumping, can't sit still, shaking. Cousin said he saw the picture at a family BBQ when he was smoking a cigarette with Sidney Moorer. Said Sidney showed him the photo of Elvis.

Moorer's cousin said the first time he told anyone about the picture was possibly a year later when he was in jail. He told a fellow inmate about the picture and then the cellmate told people in the jail and then talked with someone from Solicitor's office

DeMarino said he lied to his mom because he didn't want to stress her out.

Defense: Under oath today you said you would never lie to your mom. Jacob Melton testified that Sidney had two phones - a flip phone and an iPhone.

Tammy’s computer that was in the homeschooling area was missing when house was searched, per son’s friend who often spent time at the Moorer home.

Dec 10, 2013 - web history: “sign up now on cougar life”

Ashley Caison testified the M’s installed surveillance after Dec 18th because of harassment. She said there were not cameras at their house prior to that date.

The Ms pointed out a photo at the substation across the street which appeared to show a camera hoping it would prove the Ms truck was at home when HE disappeared.

Tammy’s dad went with a friend who sells produce to the farmer’s market in Columbia SC on December 18 and left just as the sun was rising. Polly woke up at 3:30 am to go to work.

Ashley Caison received text from Tammy at 3:10 am saying “home” and she sent their kids home at that point. The Ms children stayed with her because Tammy was working with Sidney that night.

Ashley and Sidney bought guns at the same time and bought them for security due to harassment.

A neighbor called to report car (Dark Green 2001 Dodge Intrepid) at 6699 State Road S-26-611 (Peachtree Landing) on the evening of Wednesday, December 19th.

HE’s ID was found inside car but phone and car keys were not located. The car was not parked in a designated spot but located parallel to the water by the woods and facing the water rather than the entrance to PTL. There was no visible damage observed and car was locked.

TAMMY TRIAL FOR KIDNAPPING, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT KIDNAPPING

Hart testified that after Heather and Sidney's relationship ended, he called Sidney to do some work at TK and Tammy got on the phone & asked him to fire Heather. She stated Heather was causing problems with her family, spreading rumors that she was pregnant, and said Sidney was not allowed to work while she worked there. He also testified that after making that phone call, he noticed Elvis showed up for work with a black eye. When he asked what happened, Hart said Elvis had different explanations.

Defense brought up the fact that Elvis & Moorer were caught having sex at work.

Domogaur testified she found Heather Elvis' social security card, i.d., bank card, and a cosmetology license inside her car.

Domogauer testifies that she saw a box of a pregnancy test in one of Elvis' trash cans but never found the test itself.

Cestare testifies he saw a shotgun shell, cleaning fluid, and concrete near the Moorer's truck in plain view. Said there were cameras on outside of home but didn't want to draw attention to them before a search warrant could be obtained.

A monitor with four split screen views from surveillance cameras was not present when the house was searched.

Melton testified Sidney Moorer got a tattoo of Tammy's name. He said he overheard Tammy say, "If you wouldn't have messed with that girl this wouldn't have been happening."

Tammy allowed police to enter her home and the camper to view/photograph on Dec. 20th but claimed she didn't have a key for the black truck

"Lt. Cestare also testified to seeing a security camera inside and outside of the Moorer's home on December 20th. Bud Henry, an employee of Sam's Club testified to the Moorer's buying a DVR and cameras the very next day."

An expert witness of the state answered questions about Elvis' cell phone's location the night she went missing, using Google tracking data. When asked if he could do the same for the Moorers, he said he could not, because their Google accounts had been deleted.

McGraw says he got a piece of computerized equipment from investigators that was taken out of the Moorer's Ford F-150. He says this piece of equipment collects GPS information. McGraw says there's an SD card in the truck which tracks navigation data. If that card isn't in the slot, it won't store any information. If it is, even if an address isn't punched into the system, it will track navigational data.

McGraw took a look at the different locations the SD card says the Moorer's truck had been. He says it showed locations for November but nothing for December. The first coordinates came back on November 8 at Beach Ford.

McGraw testified he saw no data from the truck on Nov 8-Nov 21st. Then saw data that the truck was in Shawnee, OK, then in Nov 25th saw a location in Las Vegas. McGraw testified he didn't see any data locations for the month of December 2013. McGraw testified the next geographical information picked up from the SD card was in January 2014, in Kissimmee, FL. McGraw testified the next geo location is in Horry County when he picked up the device from police to analyze.

McGraw testifies the only reasons he can think why location information wasn't picked up in Dec is either the device wasn't functioning or the SD card was removed. The prosecution points out the device was working & picking up locations in Nov & Jan indicating it was functioning.

On cross, McGraw says the SD card from the Ford will fit into another device like a phone or camera. He says he didn't examine the SD card so he can't answer if this particular card has any info from a phone or camera.

Will Lynch with North Myrtle Beach Police. He works with a machine that transfers data from mobile devices.Lynch testifies that he extracted data from two phones on Christmas Eve, 2013: Sidney's phone, and Tammy's phone.

Lynch testified that on Nov 5th 2013, there was a text from Heather's phone to Sidney's phone and at that exact same time Tammy's phone is texting a friend or family member that she is seeing that text exchange between Sidney and Heather.

Lynch testifies that before December 18, Tammy was using Sidney's phone. After that, Sidney was using his own phone again.

Tammy had sister "stalking" Heather (sister was going to go to Tilted Kilt for a drink and Tammy told her to take pics). Friend said she only walked by and Heather wasn't there. Tammy said “the b**** is in hiding”.

During Sidney's first trial, Bri testified that Heather called her and said SM was leaving his wife and wanted to see her. This call was right after Sidney called Heather from the pay phone.

Bri testified when she talked to Heather at 1:44 a.m. on December 18th, 2013 she was hysterical and scared. She testified "my exact words were do not call Sidney back, do not do anything rash, get some sleep and we will talk in the morning."

Sidney told Bri that he had an open marriage.

Caulder says he spent an hour to an hour and a half searching the truck but found no blood matching Heather Elvis in the car. He says they didn't look for hairs or fibers in the truck. He says at this point he was looking at just a missing persons case, not violent crime.

Sidney's mother says he only saw his family ONCE in TWENTY years without Tammy being there. For those not watching live, Sidney was not allowed to visit his parents. He only visited her once (without Tammy) after he got married. But unexpectedly, the entire Moorer family (TM, SM and kids) showed up Christmas eve 2013. They did not call first.

During a conversation with Tammy and Sidney, Tammy said "I beat the hell out of him"

Tammy's cousin saw a picture of Heather on a flip phone in the Moorer house. In the picture, it didn't look like Heather could move or speak!

The next witness called was Donald Demarino, a cousin of Tammy Moorer, Sidney Moorer's wife. He testified that after Elvis' disappearance, Moorer showed him "something" on a cell phone indicating that Moorer had more information about Elvis' disappearance than what he told police. What was shown was not disclosed during this trial.

DeMarino is looking very nervous, jumping, can't sit still, shaking. Cousin said he saw the picture at a family BBQ when he was smoking a cigarette with Sidney Moorer. Said Sidney showed him the photo of Elvis.

Moorer's cousin said the first time he told anyone about the picture was possibly a year later when he was in jail. He told a fellow inmate about the picture and then the cellmate told people in the jail and then talked with someone from Solicitor's office

DeMarino said he lied to his mom because he didn't want to stress her out.

Defense: Under oath today you said you would never lie to your mom. Jacob Melton testified that Sidney had two phones - a flip phone and an iPhone.

Tammy’s computer that was in the homeschooling area was missing when house was searched, per son’s friend who often spent time at the Moorer home.

Ashley Caison testified the M’s installed surveillance after Dec 18th because of harassment. She said there were not cameras at their house prior to that date.

The Ms pointed out a photo at the substation across the street which appeared to show a camera hoping it would prove the Ms truck was at home when HE disappeared.

Tammy’s dad went with a friend who sells produce to the farmer’s market in Columbia SC on December 18 and left just as the sun was rising. Polly woke up at 3:30 am to go to work.

Ashley Caison received text from Tammy at 3:10 am saying “home” and she sent their kids home at that point. The Ms children stayed with her because Tammy was working with Sidney that night.

Ashley and Sidney bought guns at the same time and bought them for security due to harassment.

Another post around same time mentions its going to be a long night with the schoolwork. I'm just trying to figure out when they were supposedly working, driving around, having sex, etc this same night lol I don't see how they did any work with everything they supposedly had going on from 8 pm to 4 am

Polly indeed was in the hallway and in the courtroom talking to Sidney during the recess times that were called, we were sitting directly in front of the jury and had a clean view down the front isle though not by any means or stretch of the imagination would those monsters be the first choice to look at in any situation. As the Father of Heather, I can say without any hesitation that every word that those people speak is like pouring hot burning coals onto our heads. The sheer audacity to speak Heathers name makes my blood boil.
We are praying for a good resolution with this trial, hoping that for once Sidney will see the situation he is in and just throw himself on the mercy of the court after fully telling the truthful events of that night. My biggest fear is that he is found guilty but holds on to his secrets for fear of further prosecution. So I’m asking for prayer that God opens Sidney’s eyes to see the situation he is in, that HE opens his lips to reveal the truth and that the judge uses his discernment and wisdom to punish the crimes for the maximum allowable time and if found guilty of both charges, he is made to serve them consecutively for a total of 60 years. May God be present and have his had in the outcome as we return Wednesday morning at 10am and hopefully will have a verdict by end of day Wednesday also. Amen.

Do y'all think it might still be possible to try both SM and TM for murder? What will it take?

I'm thinking that there would have to be remains found or that someone involved would confess. I don't think confession is likely--especially now that both SM and TM are likely to be incarcerated for a long time. The only way I can see it is if SM has the decency to admit his role--due to feelings of guilt or desire to be redeemed somehow. I think the chances of this are higher if TM is the one who did the deed. I don't know. This is such a sad case. It all seems so obvious, but the evidence to charge with murder just isn't there yet. So sad.

I feel so badly for the Elvis family and all of Heather's loved ones.

Just rewatched AC's testimony yesterday again. Correct me if needed, but didn't Jacob Melton say during one of hisearlier testimonies that there was a monitor at Polly's house for the original camera system? I believe I remember that being said.

She was here in jail 3 days but has been returned to her prison site where she flutters around like the queen bee of the hive.

I had a feeling this was how she was going to be in prison. A whole new group of people to control and manipulate.
You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Let's hope SM is using this day to think about his future and finally doing the right thing. If not, then praying he is found guilty and gets the absolute maximum sentence. We all have been emotionally invested in Heather's case for 6 years now and will be here until there is justice and she is finally brought home. No matter how long it takes.

Nobody claims this boy is too smart and if he doesn’t plea out now. When found guilty he will be wishing he did, we just want one of them to grow a conscience and tell us where our daughter Heather is so that we can begin to grieve properly and find some kind of closure then possibly some kind of peace if there is any to be found.

In several frames it is clearly the same type of mirror on a pole used by the military and police to check under vehicles and seats.

Ashley hung herself in that testimony. Like her sister (who she sounded an awful lot like yesterday), she shows her true colors on the stand. If I were a juror watching that video and a witness who was present at the time, denied what the object clearly was. Game over, the witness has proven to be a liar.

Her little attempts at humor were alarming, clearly she was deflecting. What is confusing though; did they forget they were being recorded, or was it a red herring? Look here, not there? That's really the Moorer's signature move. Which makes me wonder about the vehicles of "other" family members, as I have no doubt some of them participated in a cover-up.

Thank you so much! You don't have anything by chance that says what TM claimed they were do I g early evening, do you? Her FB post at around 8:45 pm said they were watching Home Alone. Another post around same time mentions its going to be a long night with the schoolwork. I'm just trying to figure out when they were supposedly working, driving around, having sex, etc this same night lol I don't see how they did any work with everything they supposedly had going on from 8 pm to 4 am

I have more notes on my computer at home... I think. I'll look this afternoon when I get home. I don't think I remember much being said about what they were doing early evening. I know they said TM went to work with SM at Sticky Fingers that evening but I don't know what time that would have been. I think her sister said the kids came over right around the time it got dark (which would have been around 6 pm at that time of year). But I don't think he worked at these businesses until after they close (which wouldn't be until 9 or 10 pm, I'd imagine). They've also claimed they went to Broadway that night (around midnight if I'm not mistaken) but said they just had sex in the truck because there weren't a lot of cars in the parking lot. (Because that makes a ton of sense, right?) And then they claim they drove to an industrial park near CCU, parked, and then had sex in the truck again around 2 am.

That's all I can remember off the top of my head.

What a miserable life SM was living. Can you imagine having TM following you around step for step, no access to the outside world, chained to the bed...totally humiliating! I do hope he takes the stand. NL needs to paint the picture of what that household looked like, a prison he was desperate to escape from. Getting rid of Heather was the only solution to him especially if she were pregnant.
