The defense says there is no evidence of a face-to-face meeting between Tammy and Heather. Also there was no agreement to kidnap. "The government is trying to make Tammy the scapegoat," defense attorney Casey Brown said.

Cooke testifies that Sidney and Heather had a relationship. After the break up in Oct/Nov 2013, she says Sidney came in once to get a check. Heather was distraught, gained weight. Says Elvis took a pregnancy test, test said error.
