I actually feel bad for him. He loves his mother, he is trying to save his mother, and he has been coached by his mother. Poor kids never stood a chance. I hope one day he will realize what has been done to him and be able to heal from it.

State is now cross examining. Christian says if they pull up the cameras in the courthouse it will reflect what he says during his testimony. He says Pike may have seen someone else watching live stream but not him.

Judge says he thinks there was a violation of the sequestration order. He says Tammy Moorer's children will not be able to testify.

Defense McCollum asked that witness be allowed to still proffer their testimony. Judge said no - there was sequestration order and they violated it. Judge said if appellate court disagrees that they should have been permitted to testify, so be it. (my interpretation)

Good on this judge, for dismissing them from testifying. Christian lied, IMO, unaware that video footage would refute his statements.

Also, he flat out lied and said that McGowan was showing them
Evidence from THIS case, and then altered it under cross to “evidence from a ten year old case”.

Well if it was from a ten year old case, how did he know that? He claimed that he didn’t pay attention, had ear buds in and was playing on his phone. He sid he wasn’t looking at all, nor listening.
