Defense McCollum asked that witness be allowed to still proffer their testimony. Judge said no - there was sequestration order and they violated it. Judge said if appellate court disagrees that they should have been permitted to testify, so be it. (my interpretation)
 
Good on this judge, for dismissing them from testifying. Christian lied, IMO, unaware that video footage would refute his statements.

Also, he flat out lied and said that McGowan was showing them
Evidence from THIS case, and then altered it under cross to “evidence from a ten year old case”.

Well if it was from a ten year old case, how did he know that? He claimed that he didn’t pay attention, had ear buds in and was playing on his phone. He sid he wasn’t looking at all, nor listening.
