She is proving that at most she was only pregnant for 6 weeks in March 2014 which is very important because it means there was no way she would need a pregnancy test back when Heather went missing in December 2013.

Defense obviously trying to use same tactics as before where they are trying to imply that any pregnancy test bought in December 2013 was for TM and not for HE.

The shady thing the defense did is it appears they threw in other records that was not from this witness and they merged them all together like she would vouch for them.

I hope none of this is lost on this jury.
Including the fact that it appears there is nothing to show that the witness knew how the pregnancy test was even administered or by whom.

Shady shady shady IMO

Seeing TM's children and family in the courtroom, it struck me that she cared more about revenge than them. Even if she doesn't go to prison, she's embroiled her entire family in endless litigation and this has dire consequences for her kids. They should be the center of her life--instead, she chose kidnapping and murder of another innocent soul.

As a medical records professional, I would be po'd to be called to the stand and asked to look at records that were not from my hospital. Love Nancy, but had I been that witness, I would have refused to look at them. I would also have brought along my HIPAA book. There should be a medical records professional from each hospital.

In Nancy's defense, if she would have known a Conway record's custodian was coming in next, she probably wouldn't have asked that witness.

RSBM: I think the Defense is trying to make the point they had been trying to conceive. So, if they were trying to conceive as far back as Dec. 2013, that would explain why TM needed a pregnancy test. JMO.

An area couple is facing murder charges after being accused of killing 20-year-old Heather Elvis, whose body has not been found.

Tammy Lorinda Moorer, 41, and Sidney St. Clair Moorer, 38, each was charged Monday with murder after being charged during the weekend with kidnapping, indecent exposure and obstruction of justice.

The couple was being held at J. Reuben Long Detention Center pending a bond hearing, now set for the week of March 17, before a circuit court judge, prosecutors said.

The two have been held since Friday, when police served search warrants at a home on Highway 814 and removed them from that home.
