Now Tammy Moorer is talking about the night Heather Elvis disappeared. We heard from her sister Ashley about this as well. Both said Tammy and Sidney stopped to get a grocery ad for Ashley since she is a couponer. At 3 ;10 Tammy texted Ashley saying they were home.

If the state was smart (and I'm not sure if they are about this) they would have subpoenaed FB to get a full data dump of her account and everything FB had on their servers related to her, starting back in Sept 2013 and continuing on.

TM just said Sidney carried the youngest child home Dec 18. That is not what AC said! AC said she got all the kids together and watched them walk across to where TM and SM were unlocking the door to their house.

You can change the date on a text message by copying it and sending it at a later date. Delete the old text message. They really should have had a forensic expert testify but it's too late.

Tammy testified that Sidney was driving their black Ford F-150 when they got home from Bi-Lo at 3:10 a.m. on December 18th, 2013. She testified to texting her sister at the time saying "got the ad. home." @WBTWNews13

Ashley was watching the children. Tammy said then the three children came home after the text at 3;10 a.m. Then Tammy testified that they all stayed in the house. Said Sidney went outside to feed the dogs at some point in the night and ran into Tammy's dad.

Well, if Defense is permitted, surely State will use this opportunity to present loads of incriminating FB Posts.

The jury will be stuck all weekend knowing their entire Friday was wasted. First almost the entire morning on a bunch of useless witnesses with no connection to this case. And now this meandering journey through the defendant's life and FB.

And you know they're going to check her FB page, if they haven't already. Human nature will prevail.
