TM asked the judge if she is allowed to eat lunch with her family, and he told her "no."

Judge just told TM, that she is not allowed to be around her family during this lunch break.

Will she obey the judge?

Tammy asked the judge if she could eat with her family as long as they don't discuss the case.

YEAH RIGHT!!! WHERE IS HEATHER????

She has already slipped up twice. Once before someone said she had never talked to or met HE. Then she says she talked to her and she was a "nice girl". Then the screwup of the keys. She told the officers that they couldn't access the locked truck because SM had the keys, but now says she drove the truck home minutes before they searched. OOPS!!

The one conference call I can’t miss happens on my day off, during TM testimony. Oh goodness, why me, why me!?!?? (Sorry, doing my poor me victim impersonation, a la TM).

Tammy Moorer says the police first came to their home Sidney went outside to talk to them. She says they initially called 9-11 because Terry Elvis sent them a threatening text. We're breaking for lunch now.

Sure hope the state brought their 'A' game, though I have a sneaking suspicion the defense will try to end their direct exam right at the time the judge will then dismiss for the day/weekend.
