I am not aware that LE has released to the public, via MSM, any information regarding any 'evidence' that they may have discovered, in the landfills, vehicles, sheds, houses, phones, interviews, etc.
Only the tidbits gleaned from the affidavits, seems to be all we are privy to.

I asked the question because in the interview with Mac, he stated Billie saw her father's "brutal murder" I live in Snyder and have never heard of this, that is why I asked the question.

Remember when it was first announced that Mac would be investigating Hailey's case? He was so enthusiastic, so was Billie (in an inappropriate way of course). Sure didn't last long, and I wonder what his opinion is now as to what happened to Hailey.

Sad to think that if these remains are not Hailey's, we are basically back to square one/cold case status.

In other words, we need this to be her, for the case to advance.

I for one do not find it sad, if the remains are not hers.
There are others that have been missing longer and foul play was always suspected in those cases. That would give one of those families closure and may also help to get a perp convicted.

I don't remember them ever saying foul play or even identifying a crime scene.
I remember... Runaway, kidnapped, or in hiding.

It was on Facebook on the Waiting On Justice For Our Girl H.D. page. At one time they did a Question and Answering thing with Billie and Comments were m ade by Billie and Shawn and carried over to other pages that Billie was admin of.

It has long been said that she wasnt a runaway or in hiding. Also it was said a long time ago that Clint was told that Hailey was not alive which I assume means LE have some sort of evidence that a crime occurred.

The thing about her being prostituted out is something PH has claimed over and over. Billie says thats not true. Also one of her aunts who helped to raise her said that its not true that Billie saw her dad being murdered so I think Mac is going by what Ph has told him. I have nothing against PH but dont like the way he has worked at times during this case and i think hes a bit of a fantasist.

I see the peter hyatt/prostitute story has been fleshed out below but want to chime in. I believe this is something Peter Hyatt began talking about when he joined the hosts of Bring Them Home Now to interview Billie, that she had supposedly told one of the hosts privately before a show. There was a big kerfuffle with Billie and the hosts because Billie had sworn she was no longer seeing Shawn and yet she was. Because of how Peter Hyatt "rounds up" in his analysis, often citing his analysis as fact, I have trouble believing if this is what was actually said to the host. I would love to hear her version. And if it is accurate, apologies to Peter. I have no doubt Billie could easily tell this story, lie or truth, to garner sympathy from this particular person not expecting it to become public.

I see merit in what Peter Hyatt does but he always takes it too bloody far. For one, he damaged the host's reputation when he shares freely something she has been told in confidence. Secondly, even firmly believing Billie is responsible or knows what happened to Hailey, this is unnecessary information to repeat about her. Her status as a victim of childhood sexual assault doesn't make her more likely to be guilty. I can't believe I am coming out to bat for Billie Jean Dunn - but this "tidbit" is way out of line IMO and is one of the first things that put me right off Peter Hyatt.

I remember them saying she was a runaway and in hiding... the authorities that is. I also remember when the FBI added her on their site... kidnapped. Neither agency has officially changed their stance, at least from what I remember. I thought Clint was told she was alive in Mexico at least according to his mom.

A crime did occur, there are adults involved somehow.

I am sure the supervisor could tell LE whether or not there was an altercation before the break. The problem I personally have with your theory is given that Billie and Shawn have since said that Shawn took her to work and the co- worker according to Mac didnt back up Billies story then Billie was either in that car when he went to work or fetched her when he walked out. Either way Billie knew Monday morning that Shawn was not at work like she claimed and so had to have gone to work for a specific reason that morning and with her knowledge.

The problem with what all these people are saying after the fact is that LE clearly stated in the affidavit that they established that BD left CC at 6.20AM (both from records and witness interviews). They also stated that SA was at work at 6.00AM, and left at about 6.10AM (again, based on records and witness interviews).

So all these later stories, no matter the source, can't be correct. It would require either SA or BD to be physically in two places at once, which is impossible.

He has changed the opinion he had before taking the case on. He made that clear last week on Hyatts show.
