Yes, it was during the issuance of the computer search warrants that Billie lied about the whereabouts of Shawn. She was arrested because he was with her in the house when they asked her where he was. She was also arrested on drug found in the home that night. Shawn was not arrested that night, but was issued the search warrants. The affidavit also states that LE believes there were at least 3 more devices plugged into the printer but could not find them.

It looks to me like that means she was playing video games BEFORE she went to bed on the 27th. Early morning probably means 1 or 2 am.

Otherwise early morning is considered 5 or 6 am, and I cannot imagine a 13 yr old getting up that early to play video games.

I agree with what your saying here. I have no proof so treat it as a rumor but Its been said that the game that was meant to have had time stamps on didn't show her as playing it early in the morning as previously thought. This was said just a few months ago by someone I personally consider to be a credible source.

He has posted on the WOJ facebook page a few times and has been pretty revealing. Compared to her though he has been polite to people and hasn't threatened anyone at least unlike her.

were scent dogs ever used? if so, did they hit on any areas beyond the perimeters of the home? does anyone know the names of all the adults in the house? if so, what kind of alibis do they have? who found the girls remains? why was he out in that area? just seems that if she was laying there for two years it must have been an area that hardly anyone went to, especially in the winter. I kinda poke at the idea that the person that found her possibly could have some connection here? and after that 10,000 dollar reward money? but still too many crazy actions on SA quitting his job and telling later he got fired. anyone know of what kind of mood he was in that day? something just doesn't add up about SA. And, where exactly is he right now? has he skipped town? wonder if there is any way of finding satellite images of that area on that date? or the next day after? Just thinking out loud here? or " typing out loud "

I hadn't heard about her throwing any accusations at any of Shawn's family. Please, tell where did you hear that?

As for the PI's interview I was directed to, the audio didn't work.
Doesn't surprise me.

And for what it is worth and you can take it as rumor but, I was told by a very credible source that had actually seen the images from Shawn's moms computer, the images were NOT child *advertiser censored*.

Also, didn't David say Hailey was playing Xbox Sunday night and that the game would probably last till about midnite. That is at night, not morning.

Shawn was never arrested, Billie was arrested when they went to serve a search warrant on Shawn's body.

The discussions on this thread are not about Hailey and finding what happened to her. They are about Billie and Shawn, hopefully, his family doesn't get dragged into it, too. Hopefully, someday they will get the actual perp that is never discussed here because he has never been named in the media.

Those statements were made by rank and file LE though, in part through affidavits. While LE are not required to be objective in an affidavit, they cannot say something that is outright false either. Legally there would probably be no ramifications if they did, but it would compromise any evidence gathered by execution of the warrant. While I think their interpretation of evidence is dubious, things which are factual (either through direct corroborated statement, or by omission) are not. As LEOs, they probably are doing a reasonable job, but they are not the ones interpreting the evidence they gather, their managers are.

The investigation by the department as whole is led by the sheriff, who is the manager and an elected politician. He is not like regular LE. He is not required to be objective and he would not be a witness in any trial, so he could pretty much say anything he liked, whether it was supported by actual evidence or not.

She is referring to the computer at the GM's house, not the printer. But there were a number of other people living there, and since it was their computer, the unidentified devices probably belonged to them. When the LEO originally examined the computer they were not searching specifically for all electronic devices so there would have been others.

Early morning could be as much as 3 or 4 hours after sunrise. As opposed to late morning, which would be approaching mid day. For example, I get to work at about 9AM, but I would consider anything up to about 10AM as "early morning".

It is possible that there was game play on the Xbox in the early part of the day, alternatively they might have had credible eye witness accounts from people who saw her. Another possibility is that she used the phone, and they are sure of that.

Remember that early on in the investigation LE (Texas Rangers) were complaining about the difficulty in figuring out when exactly she disappeared as a result of changing information from family members. But later on that confusion seems to be gone, so something must have turned up that independently resolved that question for them. By the time the affidavit was compiled they were focusing on the events during the day, specifically what SA was doing that morning.

Keep in mind that For The Kids claims she was killed the evening before. That does not correlate with what is in this report.

Also, in the affidavit, the estimate of how long HD was up the night before playing the Xbox was midnight, according to the affidavit, based on her progress in the game. So, again, not compatible with For The Kid's theory.

Billie has trashed several of Shawns family on facebook in the most awful way. She has accused them of heinous things in her OWN words. No one did it for her. This has been on numerous occasions so not just the once either. Also you claim there was no child *advertiser censored* according to your source. Well according to Billie herself to the media which Frostess linked the other day LE showed her child *advertiser censored* images so either your source is lieing or Bille is. As for the actual perp never being discussed here I have no doubt at all that that s incorrect.

As for the audio for Mac that did work for quite some time but considering that interview was months ago maybe its been deleted now I don't know. I do know that many thought that was a very good show though.
