I probably missed something somewhere, but has this guy NOT already taken one? Surely he has. He put himself @ that trailer, for crying out loud. & even before that, it was known that he was there earlier in the day. I thought they were all tested.

Blue I am confused about Tommy's talk of taking a lie detector test. LE stated that everyone interviewed was offered a LDT, why pay money for the test if it was offered?

It may be just talk to make him look better. First he'd have to have money to arrange for one.

If his offer is for real I'm thinking LE would prefer to have an independent tester who doesn't get anything from Tommy.

My original post is this:

I try to check Lindsy's MS account from time to time to see if I can get a feel for what's going on in the Croslin household. After the news of Misty's LDT, I was expecting her to be elated. Her mood went from "clean freak" to one word, "GONE." I find that strange, because she has also changed her picture from one of just her, to a wedding picture of her and Tommy. Then the word "GONE "in all caps with a smiley face icon. Anybody have a clue what that could mean?

When I checked yesterday, it was showing her "online" at that time. Later in the day, she was no longer online, but "mood" was still showing "clean freak."
This morning, it was changed to "GONE." Makes me think she either did it last night or this morning. I can't help but believe there is something cryptic in that word!

Gone can also mean pregnant. I guess the happy smile might mean she is happy. So gone in the literal sense that he is gone might not be what she is saying.

Slang for pregnant "gone" would be used like........ She is three months gone. Don't know but I guess whatever she is trying to say she is happy about.

Husband in jail for dealing drugs, husband suspected of involvement in a missing child case, having the Croslin clan as relatives, can't find work because of who you are, three kids to feed and take care of by yourself! I would be "GONE" off the deep end!

I'm curious because the three things don't add up to me. Wedding picture, word "GONE," and then the smiley face. I tend to think Elle might be right about this being visitors day at jail. If you're right, she has probably "GONE" to have a good cry!

I also heard Lisa tell Misty in one of the jailhouse tapes they could not go visit Lindsy where she's living now. I think grandpa took are of that little problem of them hanging around Lindsy at home.

I am most curious about the motion to dismiss, this is for Tommy grand theft charge. What do we think this is about?

Elle, it seems his lawyer has asked to have the charges dropped. Not unusual under the circumstances. He's cooperating. The state doesn't need to hold this one over his head for leverage. It's not worth the cost of the paperwork. Better to save a tree. Hank Croslin, Jr.'s name will grace a mountain of paperwork in the days ahead.

Isn't this the charge that got his bond revoked though? What happens to the bond revocation if the charges are dismissed? Would he be able to bond out then?

They might be. He's going to be locked up for awhile, they're spared the inconvenience of going to court to testify, and they can still collect insurance.
