Has the search been called off

I was just recalling our search in Blanchard Park last week. We came across a couple of votive candles near the water. When our leader poked around in the water, bubbles started to rise and an oil slick appeared. He explained that's what happens when a body has been in water. When you disturb it, gasses release. He was very careful not to touch the area and we were asked to leave the scene. The detectives and CSI came, along with the cadaver dogs. I'm only giving this information because it turned out to be a dog's remains in the water. I guess someone had a little memorial for it.

Anyway, my point is that there are ways of telling if a body is underwater and they do have to be very careful in recovering it and they will not allow anyone in the area.

Another thought that crossed my mind was that the people who had the memorial for their dog thought more of the dog than Casey did for Caylee.

GRAPHIC ALERT:

I know she has an ankle bracelet on, but what is to stop her from, after all have gone to bed, going to her room, and hanging herself with a sheet? I am pretty sure nobody is watching her while she sleeps.

Casey is not going to take her own life, and if she even contemplated it, she might look for pills rather than any other way. Casey is confident Caylee will not be found.

Let's all recall who Casey loves...Casey loves Casey. Casey worries about Casey. She loves herself far too much to ever do herself harm of any kind. JMO.

I agree, but what if she starts worrying that all this evidence they have or have been hinting at will send her to prison for a long time and decides she does not want to be in jail.

Honestly none of this affects her IMO. In her Casey mind she will be able to talk her way out of every peice of evidence. She honestly believes herself IMO. She is not "normal". A normal person would think about those things...not KC. JMO.

I don't believe that she's the only one that knows where our baby is. Maybe if she takes her own life, the rest of the family will spill their guts. Not that I want to see her take her own life.

I was thinking about that too...

Even though she loves herself more than anything else, she loves herself more than to admit she did anything wrong and enough to guarantee she will not go to jail...

The DC Madam said she would never go to jail and she was found in her mothers shed.

That's my point, I'm thinking in her head it's gonna come down to Jail or Death. And right now she goes to the local pokey, what about when it's a real prison.

She is so selfish she would rather go to her grave with her "secret" about Caylee than bring that little girl home for a proper burial, where she belongs. This is heartbreaking.

She's loving the attention too much to put an end to it.

I highly doubt that Casey will take her own life. She loves herself too much.

I am sad TES called off the search, but hopefully something has been found and investigated.

IMO, Casey was not capable of carrying Caylee's body for any great distance while carrying a full-size shovel for burial.

Think of carrying a 3 year-old child fast asleep on the sofa, lifting them up and carrying them to their bedroom, and also add a full size shovel, which is heavy, and you personally weigh maybe 100 pounds.

A sleeping child is like dead weight as they are out for the count while sleeping.

But in this scenario, you have to carry the sleeping child perhaps a 1/4 or 1/2 mile while carrying the full-size shovel in order to get to your house. Your house though is about a 1/4 of a mile off the road, through the woods.

It's easy to test this out, just by going to a Pet Store and pick up a 35 pound bag of Dog Food and carry it through-out the store a few times, then out to your car and be at least 100 pounds with absolutely no upper body strength. Oh, don't forget to bring a shovel with you as you need that too!

Or if anyone has a 35 pound dog, pick the dog up and carry the dog with both arms and pick up a shovel and start walking, but you again have to be about 100 pounds in weight!

The only way Caylee is deep within any of the areas TES has been searching, based on LE thoughts, is if someone much bigger and stronger then Casey carried Caylee.

I honestly think she just drove by some body of water, and just backed the trunk up to some little alcove somewhere, and just put her in the water. If she dumped the car at 7 am by Amscot, she had all night to find just the right place.

I know I could be wrong, but I have a different feeling about the search being called off. Call it intuition, call it what you will, but I think they found her yesterday and need time for DNA testing before anything breaks. Does anyone else feel that too? If water was such a problem in the specified areas TES is concerned about....then get as many pump as you can and drain it then. Because he's not saying they are doing that , or did he say that and I missed that part. So sad. But I do applaud TES and give Tim the most respect.

And we will find it.......eventually. We will. Try to keep faith.

I thought that, but I really think in my heart that Tim would not walk away w/o saying something, whether it be they found something and have to check it again to see what it is, he would say something.

Tim is all too familiar with the agony that accompanies waiting when a loved one is missing, he has been there, he knows what it feels like, I don't think he would prolong all this agony everyone is feeling.

Just a feeling I have about Tim, He his a good decent guy and would not want to dupe the public about this little girl who clearly entered his heart.

You may be right...it is so hard to tell what someone with such a skewed personality will do.

I personally don't care whether she kills herself or if she goes to jail... as long as she can never hurt another innocent child again. I HOPE they did find Caylee and that is why the search is called off for now.

Very well said. I agree.
