After I was approved, I went online to Comcast / Xfinity site and filled out their fields. They sent me an email telling me it didn’t work, wasn’t valid, I needed to reapply etc. Such a crock of crap. Then they called me, twice, to tell me the same thing. I gave them grief and told them they were full of it. I have it in writing that I’m approved. I seriously think one of two things is happening. Their system isn’t set up right or they just want to discourage people from using it. Needless to say, I’ll be there when they open today to show them my proof.Thank you! I had seen this posted on NextDoor and your post prompted me to apply! Easy to do online!
