Jmo if he was an experienced criminal intent on “having” Mollie...he could have stalked her online, probably discovered she would be alone in the house for a few days, left his phone at home, and been waiting inside when she returned from her run. And we’d still not know who the perp was, imo, if his dna is not on file. Just an example but if my brain came up with this just sitting here, someone intent on committing an atrocious act on a specific person might do better.

Jmo he saw her, recognized her, figured he could get close enough to grab her since she would not fear him instantly, and it went from there.

cruising and creeping are different to me. cruising to me means driving around a area that is well known to be a cruising area, looking for others cruising, pulling over, talking, maybe tradeing up who is passangers in what car and cruising around some more being social. creeping is more like looking for someone for a specific reason and forcing oneself on someone. even just forcing or trying to force a conversation goes beyond cruising I think. I also think that even if there were public events that people segregate themselves sometimes, be it by race, or financial status, religion, many reasons people segregate themselves. this man and the results of his cruising are more like creeping I think. maybe he did go out to specifically find her, maybe he was just looking for anyone.

I think it can mean " get together" in a nonsexual way too. A few years ago one of my daughter's friends fathers and I would always hang out and talk when the kids played at the lake or pool. He was always saying maybe we can " hook up" sometimes and go to the beach. ( lake) I always assumed he was talking about a play date. With children.

LOL! Many year ago my mom and dad were invited to a “swinging party” and mom was all excited about it. I asked her what she thought that meant. She was appalled when I told her what I thought it meant, downright mortified when she found out that’s exactly what it was. Best to clarify, always.

I'm wondering if he's speaking from experience (it sure sounds like it to me)? Did his son get in trouble in the past and go running back to Mexico until things blew over? Was he hiding there for part of the 3 years (of the 4-7) he hasn't been accounted for?

In today’s world people use Tinder, etc. No one drives around illegally looking for chicks anymore. Way too risky and someone like him and would never work. People are aware of stranger danger now. - we know he used Facebook to try and get girls attention. I guarantee he did all his searching online for true hook ups. Or those parties that were mentioned by his conworker.

He saw her, and couldn’t wait to kill and most likely rape her. IMO

There is no coffee shop in town. Community events are few and they’re mostly family or kids things. No idea whether he’s a part of a church or not. As terrible as this is, it’s reality: there aren’t going to be a lot of opportunities for the illegal Mexican farm workers to mingle and socialize outside of the Hispanic community.

Oh Otto, I'm never sure how to take your replies. It's obvious he's had sexual intercourse with a female because he has a child. He's been successful in his seduction techniques. Maybe he didn't meet his baby mother while cruising Brooklyn, we don't know, but at some point they hooked up.

1900 block 385 Ave is a long road, from the curve all the way to 200th St. From 1900 to 1999 some houses set back and a few farms both sides of the road, with large fields and open spaces in between. A couple turn around spots but closer to long driveways. I saw one or two cleared parking spots for possibly field equipment. So I’m wondering where on this road did CR park and as he said chase her or run after her? Would she have tried to run towards a home or farm? It appears open in many areas along this road but to park a car ? Idk how his story could have happened? Where was she abducted closer to town? Any thoughts?

I am so curious as to whether he had any type of wounds to his body from where she fought him. He is small in stature and I would think a girl in good shape could put up a good fight. That being said, I believe that he likely incapacitated her right away so she didn’t have a fighting chance. MOO

I'm curious about that too, but I think that's where his anger actually came from, not from her threatening to call LE because he was bothering her on her jog but because she put up a fight the entire time he was assaulting her.
