Thank you.

Did they not release the autopsy results? (NVM...I see they did now.) It seems like this baby would have screamed non stop from hunger and pain until he was just too weak to do so.

These FB pages are so disturbing to me. How can they go about their lives like nothing happened?

I don't understand how something like this could have happened two months ago and we're just now hearing about it. I feel like there must be a lot more to this story.

I'm sorry. I just find this so upsetting. My kids are not babies anymore, but I'm still half tempted to go to their rooms and wake them up right now just to tell them how much I love them. :(

They ****in got new tattoos before they were charged!!!! Wtef

14 inches long? Is that a typo? How is that possible?

It's gotta be 24. Two of my sons were 20 inches and the other 22 and they were all in the 7 pound range at birth.

I thought baby Chance was as bad as it could possibly get.
Wrong. Wrong!

Miss Sort of a Female Human person actually looks pleased in her mugshot. I want to throw up.

That poor sweet baby.

I'm dreading the details. Chance had me in a heaving heap. [emoji24]

This may be one that someone else made in her name. FB pages often crop up for criminals.

I found it because dad of the year tagged her in it.

Yes!! My daughter was slightly slow to take to breastfeeding and they were all over her after that for 6 months, even after she started exceeding expectations.

I have one flat nipple and my babe had a hard time latching. I had to go to the stork club for weeks. They were all over me like a wet blanket.

This is the most disgusting and reprehensible thing I think I've ever heard. What is wrong with people?

I had thought maybe the guy thought the child wasn't his, which might have explained why the different treatment between the two children, but even at that, it's no excuse for either of them.

As far as no one missing the baby, IME drug addicts are often transient. They don't stay in one place very long because they spent every dime on drugs and usually don't have rent money month to month. Many aren't welcome into the family home any longer because their families get tired of the chaos and roller coaster ride the addict takes them on. So maybe family didn't even know she was pregnant, let alone had a baby.

Speaking of which, I'm surprised the baby wasn't born addicted because of her usage, and had been taken away from her at birth.

What amazes me is that even though they did this while they were high, he had two clean months, her 3 clean weeks, and remorse never hit either of them? These people are soulless.

Just popping in to thank you folks- I can't even read the thread... smdh

This is just wow.. I have an 8 month old, how in world did a 4 month old sit in a swing for a week and no one paid any attention to him? Sick and makes me so angry!!
By the way baby visits for mine were next day after we went home from the hospital, 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months and 9 months. I wonder if the older child was helping “care” for the baby, and the awful human beings that call themselves parents were sending her in to feed him... if he even was fed? Was a week of drug fueled insanity? How can the other child be taken care of but not this poor little baby?
Rest In Peace lil bubs! You are in a far better place now!

Whenever I think I've heard the worst, something even more evil comes along.

No words are adequate to explain this atrocity. And is it my imagination, or is Mom working a little smirk in her mugshot?

Life in a cold, dark cell for these two.
I saw that smirk, too.

From across the pond, but love is worldwide. I know I will not be able to comment here but I will follow this case for these poor innocents injured by their parents. Were there no outside family, noone who cared, in laws, whatever ? - I will never understand the evil people are capable of.
No words, but poor baby who so many would have loved and cared for. I am so angry, angry !!

Well, her mother moved out of an apartment once and left her pets behind without returning to give them food and water. A newfoundland dog was left locked in a cage with no food or water.

People who abuse animals will go on to abuse people. This is how Cheyanne grew up. Not an excuse, but part of the bigger picture. I see that this couple likes dogs. I suspect their pets have suffered previously, too. If we can catch animal neglect and abuse early, we could often prevent child abuse.

Anyway, I'm sure they had family nearby, but I doubt that even her mother was much better.

Oh geez..... no.words.....

WHY??!! Just cause this guy thought the baby wasn't his - ?? he decided to neglect him?? And where was the "mother" during this time??

Another sad one to follow! :tears:

:rose: RIP little STERLING! :rose:

Both parents were arrested. So I'm guessing both are to blame.

Did they have custody of the other child? Was she theirs together, or his from a previous relationship?

She looks healthy. So what I'm wondering about is the paternity of Sterling. I'm trying to think of reasons why he would be treated so differently. Could he have been from a different father?

PTSD, is that her future defense? Not being flippant, I really want to know if there is something in her history.

I'm also confused regarding the care of their little girl. She's really chubby and seems well taken care of?
Ok, I'm still making my way through this thread, but I have won in my last post if the paternity of Sterling is in question, as a potential explanation for entirely different treatment of the two children.

Now I see PTSD and I'm wondering if he could have been the result of rape, which may explain the lack of care.

Still horrifying.

The death penalty was made for miscreants like these two "parents". Unfortunately, their state doesn't have the DP, so taxpayers will be forced to give these losers 3 hots and a cot for the rest of their miserable lives. And let's make sure they are safe from the general population, who won't like this story...at all. Let's make sure they are safe. In *solitary confinement* for the rest of their lives. Even better, paper their shoebox cell with pictures of the baby.

I wish them both tortured sleepless nights, and long, long, long endless days in their shoebox cells.

WTH is wrong with these "parents"?!

Sometimes I hesitate to even use the word parents in cases like this - that poor baby!

RIP Sterling you did not deserve this.

Curious to know if these two "parents" were even home for that week or if they were on a drug binge outside the home and baby was alone and then they called 911 upon their return?
This is all disturbing on so many levels.
I notice one of the comments on his FB made reference to his being adopted but not being brought up to behave this way. Of course can't believe much of anything you read on FB but makes me more curious about his past childhood.
