There's been a few profilers saying this is someone who has offended before - I'm starting to wonder if it is not someone who has offended before, but is very knowledgeable about crimes. After all, BK was a criminology student.

all along i figured they’d be able to track the white Elantra on various video cameras & eventually one would catch enough of the plate to make an ID. I wonder if that’s how they got him? if they did catch a plate, getting rid of the car would’ve done him little good anyway.
