I didn't taste Coke until I was in my late teens, when I got old enough to leave. My personal experience is that this was not a 'personal interpretation' or ambiguous area. Caffeine was grouped in with tobacco, alcohol, and drugs of recreation.

In the courtroom lori is upset. Arms are folded, brow furrowed. Staring off to side … still. The previous Lori, blond confident and telling police JJ is with Gibb, snd blaming Kay for trying to kidnap jj, is on the big screen.

I think that, setting aside the issue of DW's nightmare, it's meaningful to look at whether, on that weekend, Chad was working to get Lori to see JJ as a zombie.

MG testified "Lori told Melanie that JJ had an evil spirit in him. Lori learned this the day before from Chad."

From the Nanny's testimony, on Sept 18 Lori was looking for a babysitter to replace Tylee. This indicates, to me, she was maybe still intending to care for JJ.

The babysitting on the 19th didn't go well, LV was needed to calm JJ down.

The visit to Lori by MG & DW started the next day, the 20th. So the 'day before' ie the 19th, when the babysittiing was unsuccessful, was the day Chad declared JJ a zombie.

For example, Chad's red neck/ scratch. Was there perhaps a story Chad later told LV about that incident, to reinforce that JJ had become an evil spirit?

MG also says Lori told her, on the 22nd, she saw Moroni at the temple. IMO, this would be when she decided JJ would have to die.

& I can't recall the timeline of when the first mention of JJ being a zombie started but in Zulema's testimony on April 14th, ' Lori told Zulema that JJ was going to have a very short life and at a meeting in August 2019, Chad said JJ would have a very short life' ( another Nate Eaton text)

also noticed that DW used the phrase at prelim hearing 2 years ago , even tho he didn't use it in his testimony today

Why wouldn't he? As Lori (possibly) said... he couldn't do anything right by himself. Honestly, I doubt MG & DW were actually witnesses. But, the phone calls from MG to LVD & CD about a bad nightmare are (imo) ODD.

especially when LV's actual beneficiary is Colby. LV just ad libs and hopes she can get away with it

Also her spiel in that body cam - some of it is the same as the tale she told LE the day Charles Vallow was killed and she got away with it.
The mind boggles that this officer says to LV that if she has any further problems with Adam Cox, she can call LE and they will ' run him off'

shame we can't see the photos of the inside of the LV townhome

Recall that both JJ & Tylee had mattresses on the floor. Only LV had a bed frame.
( If anybody can recall where to relocate the images which were published a long time ago...)

those photos might be of the previous residence. think they're from the Chandler document dump, not Rexburg PD

In the AZ house, there were matresses on the floor for both TR's room and the room where AC was sleeping. I believe JJ had a room too but he slept on a small matress in the corner of Lori's room so she would be awakened if he acted out at night (as I recall).
