I listened to two of his podcasts, and he did not come across the way he is today!I wasn't too concerned about MG'S testimony until DW got on the stand.... and I do believe he is the one with the memory issues and also, I think the hearing issue has caused some confusion with the way he answers. DW is definitely the opposite of how I imagined him. I do think a jury will see what we are all seeing though, so that might be helpful in a roundabout way. JMO

Makes me wonder if the police knew their calling routine and planned the search to coincide with it. Make sure that when Lori called Chad the police were already searching his property.About half an hour after the start of the call he was arrested. Do we know how long was the call?
It's LVD calling CD during the 2nd search? IMOChad looks utterly defeated when the audio begins playing. He knows his goose is cooked.

If we know these two couldn't hold back their insatiable lust for eachother, why would we expect they could keep themselves from sounding guilty on their "oh crap we're caught" phone call.
Was Chad on drugs? He sounds sooooooo slooooowwwwwwww. And GAG.
Didn't Chad say to Lori something like, "They are searching the property again. I tried to stop them." If he said that he tried to stop them, why would that be?It's LVD calling CD during the 2nd search? IMO
