I'm not a sharp or even legal mind, but I did notice that Means looked wiped out and almost like he had been crying. Seriously wonder if LVD has come unglued by the filing of murder/conspiracy to murder charges. Would risk of suicide be an exigent circumstance precipitating a continuance... not in her right mind?

April 3, 2018. Tylee’s father, Joseph Ryan dies
Oct. 26, 2018 indictment indicates that on Lori Vallow Daybell and Chad Daybell began discussing their religious beliefs to justify killing Tammy Daybell, Joshua “JJ” Vallow, and Tylee Ryan.
November 26th, 2018 – Chad and Lori made their first appearance together on the Preparing a People Podcast “Time to Warrior Up.” The two appeared with others on several of the podcasts, many focused on the end of the world.
2019​
Jan. 22, 2019: Lori receives an email from Chad with the subject line “Demon with a name, Nick Schneider,” according to NBC's Dateline.
Jan. 28, 2019: While Charles is on a business trip; Lori transfers $10,000 out of Charles’ business account into an unknown account and 2,000 Enterprise points to her personal account, according to divorce documents.
Jan. 29, 2019: Lori transfers an additional $25,000 out of Charles’ business account to an unknown account, according to divorce documents. Charles receives a phone call from Lori. Lori tells him she is a god sent to carry out the work of the 144,000 at Christ’s second coming, and she will kill Charles if he gets in her way. According to Lori, Jesus is headed to Earth in July 2020.
Jan. 30, 2019: Lori calls Charles to tell him she plans to kill him when he returns home, and she has an angel waiting to help dispose of his body. Lori repeatedly calls Charles by the name “Nick Schneider.” “Nick killed Charles and has taken his identity,” Lori tells him.

July 11th, 2019, Lori Vallow-Daybell’s brother Alex Cox shot and killed Charles.

ALSO Chad Daybell Googled “SSW wind” and visited a website entitled “What is the definition of SSW wind direction”
Sept. 9. 2019: Alex goes to Lori's apartment around 3 a.m. Cell phone pings then place him on Chad's property in the Daybell's pet cemetery. Chad's neighbor hears a gunshot. Chad texts Tammy saying he shot a raccoon and buried it in the pet cemetery. Tylee's body will later be found in this pet cemetery.
Sept 18th 2019, Chad obtains a burner phone
Sept. 19, 2019: Melanie Gibb, co-host of Lori's religious podcast, arrives at Lori's home with her boyfriend. They are visiting from Arizona. Shortly after arriving, Lori informs Gibb that J.J. has become a zombie.
Sept 23 2019 JJ was last seen alive at Kennedy Elementary School in Rexburg AND Alex took possession of JJ Vallow
On Oct. 1, 2019, Lori rents a 10×10 storage unit from Self Storage Plus in Rexburg. Surveillance video at the facility, exclusively obtained by EastIdahoNews.com, shows Lori and a man associated with her visiting the unit nine times in October and once in November. Often the man, who appears to be Alex, comes alone. Another visit shows Alex and a man who appears to be Chad. During one visit, Chad and Lori appear to visit the storage facility together.
Oct. 2, 2019. Lori purchases a wedding ring on Amazon, later seen on her finger at Chad and Lori’s beach wedding.
Oct. 9, 2019. Alex Cox obtained a burner phone AND Tammy Daybell calls 911 and says a masked man shot at her in her driveway with a paintball gun.
October 18th, 2019 Alex Cox was in a church parking lot approximately 2.5 miles from the Daybell home the night of October 18th 2019
October 19, 2019, Chad Daybell calls 911 saying Tammy died in her sleep at their Salem home.
Nov. 5 2019 Chad and Lori are married in Hawaii
Nov. 26, the Rexburg Police Department conducts a welfare check for JJ at the request of his grandparents, Larry and Kay Woodcock.
Nov. 27, the Rexburg Police Department serves a search warrant. When police arrived, they discovered the Daybells had quickly left.
Dec. 1, Chad and Lori catch an American Airlines flight to Lihue, Hawaii on the island of Kauai. The children are not with their parents.
Dec. 6, Melanie Gibb contacts the Rexburg Police Department to say that Chad and Lori called her on Nov. 26 and asked her to lie about the location of JJ.
Dec. 12, 2019: Alex dies in Gilbert, Ariz.
2020​
Jan. 3. Fremont County Sheriff Len Humphries says investigators recovered 43 items, including computers, cell phones, journals, documents, and medications with a warrant on Daybell property. These are sent to an FBI lab for further analysis.
Feb. 20, police in Kauai arrest Lori on a $5 million warrant out of Madison County. She is charged with two felony counts of desertion and the nonsupport of dependent children.
June 9, the Rexburg Police Department, FBI, and Fremont County Sheriff’s Office serve a search warrant at Chad’s home. Within hours, investigators uncover unidentified human remains and bring in a backhoe to dig deeper in the yard. Days later, officials confirm the remains are those of JJ and Tylee

I think Means is not representing Lori on the murder charges and cannot advise Lori as to those charges.

Go back and look and listen to the Judge. He was very careful with his wording. I took it that the filing of an appearance and the use of 'memorialise', makes me think that Means thinks he is not equipped to advise accordingly.

Can you set your camera/settings so that you appear farther away on zoom meetings? Lori and Means appeared to be farther away than the others.

With the agenda so minimal and taking so little time, I don't understand why the postponement either. If she was sick or upset or worried about her appearance etc., she would have been on camera such a short time.

We are missing everything that happened in their private Zoom breakout room after Chad's hearing, and everything that was said by all Parties in front of the Court there.
IMO the Defense did provide an explanation - it was done in private - the judge ruled to continue this to another time; I dont think he would have agreed to that if it was "nothing" worthy of actually having this date pushed back.
