I can't think of a time for a long time when somebody told me where Tylee was or talked to Tylee and that person wasn't Lori. The police say she was seen in September, but it would be interesting to know who that was. Tylee looks a lot like a lot of girls in Rexburg.

I'm not understanding the LE strategy at all if the 'focus' is on finding the 2 missing children?

If Lori told anyone (including LE) that Tylee died in 2017 then I absolutely don't understand why there is no warrant for her arrest NOW?

I very much appreciate the Rexburg ID LE update but I do wonder if perhaps the FBI or whichever agency is coordinating this case across state lines could perhaps address some of the big picture issues associated with how exactly the 2 children are being searched for in this case I do think it would be helpful.

The information flow seems disjointed between the various LE local departments and this I believe is creating confusion. I don't get why there is no centralised source of information from LE as I think this is making things harder, if the goal truly is finding the children.

Or, is what LE is really looking at now is a 'recovery' mission as they believe the 2 children are sadly deceased?

UPDATE ON MISSING CHILDREN VALLOW/RYAN 12-30-2019
The Rexburg Police Department and the Madison County, Idaho Prosecutor’s Office want to thank everyone who has worked with us to find Joshua Vallow and Tylee Ryan since our press release on December 20th. The search for Joshua and Tylee is ongoing. We appreciate everyone who has brought attention to this situation by sharing information with our offices and on social media. We are very grateful for the help of the FBI and their resources. Finally, we are grateful for all the media outlets who have shared press releases and stories relating to these missing children. We continue to welcome any information regarding these children’s whereabouts from informed citizens, investigative journalism, or any other source.

Since we first received a missing child report on November 26th, our number one priority has been finding Joshua and Tylee. We have taken every step available to us, including executing multiple search warrants, interviewing multiple sources, and running down every lead we have found. We strongly believe that Joshua and Tylee’s lives are in danger. We are aware that in the weeks after Tammy Daybell’s death, Lori Vallow/Daybell and Chad Daybell told witnesses that Lori’s daughter had died a year before the death of her father, which is untrue. Around that same time Chad told another witness that Lori had no minor children.

Many people have inquired as to why we have not filed charges yet in this case. Our primary concern at this point is simply locating Joshua and Tylee and charging decisions will be made in due course based upon the evidence available. If we find that harm was done to these children within our jurisdiction, we will prosecute whoever caused that harm.

As stated in our previous press release, Lori Vallow/Daybell, the adopted mother of Joshua and biological mother of Tylee, has completely refused to assist this investigation. We know that the children are not with Lori and Chad Daybell and we also have information indicating that Lori knows either the location of the children or what has happened to them. Despite having this knowledge, she has refused to work with law enforcement to help us resolve this matter. It is astonishing that rather than work with law enforcement to help us locate her own children, Lori Vallow has chosen instead to leave the state with her new husband.

We publicly call on Lori Vallow/Daybell and Chad Daybell to do the right thing and come forward with the information they have about the location and welfare of Joshua and Tylee. This entire investigation could have been avoided if Lori and Chad had simply been honest with law enforcement. We further continue to ask that anyone with any information regarding the location or welfare of Joshua and Tylee share that information with law enforcement.

Is it possible Tylee has been married off, to perhaps someone not quite sanctioned by the church? Older? Polygamist? Etc. I can’t shake the feeling they are preparing for the end times, and that could explain her absence, and why mom is lying about where she is.

Sorry if that’s been brought up. I’m trying to keep up. And, sorry if that opens up another rabbit hole.

Did you know Lori as well? I missed that somehow, I thought you only knew Chad. How long have you known Lori?

1hr 6mins - GH Youtube with Family Member/Text exchange The family member relays that Colby heard from Tylee about Charles' killing.
I know of no other contact with Tylee after Charles' death.

I think LE is exposing the real Lori and Chad. So that people think twice about sitting on any info they have.

Eta: also to explain why they think the children are in danger.

Honestly, I don't think so. The polygamists are currently trying to keep their noses very clean, and I think while it's possible Tylee and JJ are being held against their will, I don't think the polygamists are in on it.
 
If Tylee had a vehicle, it may have been registered in Idaho after they moved there from Arizona. Maybe she also got a driver's license in Idaho. So, someone at the ID Division of Motor Vehicles would have taken her picture for the Idaho driver's license, and it would be on record.

That is, IF she registered the vehicle herself and/or obtained an Idaho driver's license. LE could track down that information easily.

Rowe was also a Preparing a People member—and a close friend of Daybell’s since he published her book on a near-death experience at the publishing house he founded with his first wife. She said Daybell told her he wanted to get out of the publishing business but that Tammy did not.

“He said I’m ready to get out and Tammy doesn’t want to get out,” Daybell told Rowe, according to local media reports. “When she passes, I’m done, I can’t keep doing this.”

Rowe, who said she is using her own visions to try to send messages to Daybell, insists the missing children are safe. “I do know the kids are safe. I can see them,” she said. “I can see their energy and that they’re in a bright house.”

Police aren’t so sure.

I hope beyond all hope Tylee and JJ are alive, I think it is possible whoever has them did not know the story behind why they were on the run so to speak, and that today's press release is waking up a lot of people as to what a complicated situation they are in by having these kids in their home. Many prepper people, while enjoying very much the drama and excitement of a theoretical apocalypse and end of days shootout, have no real interest in an actual apocalypse, at least not yet anyway. And not over two kids they didn't know the real story about.

We have to keep in mind that Rexburg PD may not be the ones pressing charges, if charges need to be pursued.

I think we are watching 3 different counties (Rexburg) Madison County, Fremont County Idaho and then Maricopa County Arizona
