They say Lori was a totally devout LDS... She was able to use her religion to get her INTO this mess believing all the End-Times and power crappola.. Nate Eaton also said she spends all her time in the jail reading scripture and singing hymns. I could see her rolling everything backwards and knowing her only way out of this is her traditional mainstream lds teachings.... In the end, as crazy as she seems to me... I could see her going this route. "her and God" And nothing else left at this point.

Is the bail amount required in full in cash? I know in some cases they can get a bond with 10%? I hope he needs to pay every cent in cash.

I didn't hear anything that would imply this. Should be a standard surety bond. He'll pay (typically) 10% which he never gets back. That's the fee the bondsman charges to guarantee the full 1 million.

In addition, a bondsman is going to want there to be enough assets to collect should he jump. I think it's been determined he doesn't have 1 million in assets so he's going to be a risk.

It's not as simple as giving them $100k and them adding the remaining $900k. They're not in the business to lose money

Why do some of you think the bodies were in totes? The one tote that was put in the storage was likely too small for a body.

There were large totes and something that looked like a really large duffle being moved to/from storage in early October. Will see if I can find the video.

The bond is going to be very hard for CD to raise because he hasn't been able to raise enough for LVD, if he has enough for himself - can you imagine how much that might anger LVD if he gets out and she stays behind bars. Given they are married and now have joint assets - gonna be a tough row to hoe.

Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow both in jail cells in two different counties. Both with a $1M bond. For several months they did not cooperate with law enforcement as they traveled to Hawaii. Answers are slowly being revealed. #fox10phoenix

If they get life without parole, does that include future lives? Since they've already had 23 and 26 lives, that could really be a burden on the taxpayers

they collected 400 grand off Tammi's death, bless her soul. They may have blown through a lot of it but it was noted he didn't show any interest in getting her out. Probably told her to put those teleportation skills to good use LOL Sorry, it's just so sad and so ridiculous the things I read about this case. I was like, wowsers, this is worse than one of those Lifetime movies...

The audacity of him is just breathtaking. Asking for lower bail as if burying two children is just nothing anyone should be overly concerned with, didn't have anything to do with why the remains needed hiding or how they came to be dead of course.
